"The hotel was clean and up to standard, check in was quick and smooth, Yulia at the front desk was very helpful and professional, we asked for an extra duvet which was delivered immediately after we arrived to our room. The room was very clean and tidy, the room temperature very comfortable, we had everything we needed from the room amenities (free water, coffee and tea), the bathroom amenities are WOW.
