Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. "Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung sehr enttäuscht, da es diese den Titel nicht verdient hat. Der Boden war dreckig, die Wohnung bräuchte insgesamt ein gründliche Reinigung. Küchenschubladen, Töpfe waren nicht sauber. Die Betten waren bequem, aber es fehlten Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten an den Fenstern, eine Nachttischlampe,... Für die (nicht vorhandene) Ausstattung haben wir viel zu viel bezahlt. Da ist jedes Low-Budget-Hotel preiswerter und sauberer. Der Vermieter hat nachträglich nicht mehr auf...

"This is a beautiful apartment which is close to our son in Braunschweig. Very clean and quiet with everything that we needed. It is very close to the bakery and cafe, the pizzeria and the Edeka supermarket just across the road by the traffic lights is brilliant. Close to the main road and buses. We hope to go back again."
