Located in the heart of the Wood River Valley, this gracious and welcoming home is walking distance to both Hailey’s lively Main Street and the peaceful Big Wood River. It features 3 freshly-decorated bedrooms and 2 full baths and comfortably sleeps up to 8.
The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. There’s a queen bed in the second bedroom and kids will love the twin-over-full bunk bed in the third bedroom. The second full bath is in the hallway.
The open floor plan is ideal for families and friends to spend time together, making memories to last a lifetime. The full kitchen has every thing you need for making hearty meals to satisfy your crew for adventurous days, and for just hanging out together. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3, and there’s plenty of room on the overstuffed furniture for everyone to relax around the warm fire and share stories or watch a movie on the large TV.
The back yard has gorgeous views of the mountains along the banks of the Big Wood. Watch the hillside for deer and mountain goats as you chill on the deck in the bright, crisp morning air or an alpenglow sunset. The spacious backyard is fully fenced and pets are welcome (additional fee).

The Best Getaway
The location was perfect. Close to everything but not in the middle of all the people, traffic. The house was great. Better than described and the accommodations were perfect. The host was great and we hope to return next year!

Perfect family home and location
We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home. The listing was accurate, the home was very clean, and the communication with the property manager was perfect. We loved watching the elk in a neighbor's yard from the dining area window. And being able to park in the garage was a definite bonus given how cold the evenings were.

Great location
The home has a great location, pictures are accurate, view of the mountains fantastic, house clean, and yard fenced for our dogs! When we had an issue, the property management was very responsive. My only minor frustration was the minimal amount of liquid soap and other supplies left by the cleaning group, but that is easily solved at a grocery store.... I would definitely stay again.

Location and views amazing! Walking distance to downtown Hailey. Would have liked to see usable patio furniture. Only 1 of 4 chairs usable. Living room furniture old. Fenced yard very nice. Great for dogs.

Very clean and open house plan that combined family room, kitchen and dining room to optimize the shared space. Hot water was slightly lacking, but minor issue. Property manager was extremely responsive. Good house close to downtown Hailey and although only 2 of us plus dog, room easily for 6+.

Wonderful return visit
This is the second time in a year our family has stayed in this lovely home. It's nicely appointed, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Some of the features we enjoy is parking in the garage to be out of the weather and the fenced in backyard. For our family, this home is a great option so our family dog can join us. I can't say enough about the communication with the property owner, Jordan. His/her communication was prompt, clear, and engaging. You can tell guest comfort was a top priority!

Awesome stay!
The house is beautiful and I am pretty sure I have never had such a fantastic view from a bathroom. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was wonderful. It was right down the road from a very beautiful park that we enjoyed for our last walk before our fur baby Niko had a total hip replacement up in Ketchum. I also want to mention that Jordan went over and above accommodating our needs prior to check in. His communication with us was outstanding. Thank you for making a difficult situation a wonderful experience for us all. When we have the 2nd hip replacement done, we will be staying here again, I can assure you.

Great home for our Christmas holiday!
This house is even better than the photos. Great open layout. Comfy furniture with a big table for games and puzzles. Loved having real fires on snowy evenings. So nice to be able to bring our dog, who loved walks in the neighborhood and runs with us on the XC ski trails, also glimpses of the big elk who hang out in the neighbors backyard. A big drawerful of spices made meal-making easy. We really liked being in Hailey, a little bit away from the tourism bustle. And enjoyed getting to know the Quigley trail system! Jordan was really helpful too when we had an issue with a shower. Yup - great place for a holiday!

Highly recommend
This is a lovely house, clean, up to date, comfortable beds and furniture, great layout. Kitchen is well stocked with utensil’s and pans, nice appliances, and everything in good working order. We stayed two weeks and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed all the natural light that came into the house. Beautiful quite neighborhood, we walked our dogs on the street and only rarely saw a car. Visited by Elk in the back yard several days while we were there. Hailey is a great little town on it’s own, but it is also easy to get to skiing and to Ketchum/Sun Valley from here. Really appreciate the dog friendly accommodations, but even if you dont have dogs you can confidently stay here and never know that it was a dog friendly accommodation.

Wonderful location, cozy house!
We had a great stay in Hailey! The house was fantastic with a nice open kitchen and living space. Plenty of room for 6 or more people to socialize. All the kitchen supplies you could possibly need including a well stocked spice drawer, crockpot, blender etc. You can cook essentially any meal you’d like with the wide variety of kitchen supplies. Fenced backyard was great for our pup with gorgeous views of the mountain behind. Super quiet neighborhood. Master bed was really comfortable and plenty of shared space in the bathroom. We enjoyed being able to do our laundry too! The location is perfect. Walking distance to the river or to the Main Street of Hailey. We walked to dinner a few nights, my husband got up and fished in the morning everyday and we walked to sturtevants to rent bikes. Easy access via bikes to the wood river trail and a great 25 mile bike ride up to Ketchum and back! So many activities to partake in- we spent each day outside hiking biking fishing and loved the refuge of this cozy house each night to rest before the next days adventure. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Quiet lush oasis
This home was AWESOME. Driving through the neighborhood of well manicured yards, shade trees and colorful shrubs and flowers, we just knew it was going to be a wonderful place to stay while visiting friends in the area! And we were NOT disappointed.
