Also it’s a walkable and safe to visit food trucks park to have more food options. Loved every bit for our stay. "

We loved having multiple beaches within a couple minutes walk in either direction, a variety of food choices nearby, and a multitude of options of things to do just at the resort. "First I can not say enough about the staff at Kohea Kai. They really made us feel welcomed from when we first stepped onto the property. Nestled right across the street from the beach and minutes drive down to Safeway and Foodland, this was the perfect location for us on our trip in Maui. It was also 8 mins from our first surfing lessons. The room was big, comfortable with a nice kitchen. While it did show some signs of age, it was lovely and homey and our kids loved it. There is a small pool and hot tub. A nice outdoor event space to just relax at night with romantic lighting. And there is one washer and dryer for guest to use at $2/load. Parking is available on property. "
