Have the property manager's number on your Whatsapp or able to call, because he did not send any instructions on exact location or how to get entry until I called him 2 days before arrival. Parking is either 5.5 NIS / hour 9a - 8pm except Sabbath, or the lot beside which is 40 NIX for the day. The room is clean, the bathroom large. The shower handle (de 'jour in Israel) worked but not the overhead shower (despite his claim it 'did'). There were no suit-case stands to place the suit cases. The kitchenette was decent. The two double beds were memory-foam-ish but decent though a bit small. There are Free laundry machines to use BUT the Dryer is ridiculous in that it has no truly external vent and takes 2.5 hours to dry much of anything. There was a street of shops nearby and a very nice grocery with a deli and a pre-made food bar nearby (street Behind the apartment building - has a 'Torte' chocolate shop and a 'Chicken house' counter-food visible from the window - that street), the grocery was further down the street mentioned above. The owner was solicitous and available by phone or whatsapp during the day. The elevators were Very disfunctional both days we stayed so we were going up and down 3 flights of stairs frequently. Fortunately the worked the first night we got in or I'd of been lugging our luggage UP the stairs - and Did have to lug it Down the stairs. The Baha'i property and Gardens were pretty and expansive if somewhat unorginal. The 'Promenade' had good views.
