The property is an older building that has quirks but was comfortable, clean and the neighbourhood was quiet. The management is very friendly and just 5 minutes walk from a beautiful green hill, jogging track and river all in one spot and 10 minutes walk to restaurants and the city shopping center. furnished and finished with modern style furniture and all related accessories. "Bei Ankunft freundliche Übergabe der Schlüssel, ruhige und schöne Umgebung, vorherige Mieter waren Rumänen, alles war nicht gereinigt, nur die Betten waren frisch überzogen und alles gesaugt, die Küche mussten wir erst einmal für das nötigste reinigen, Kühlschrank war verschmutzt, Kühlschrank Einschübe standen auf der Spüle, waren verdreckt und konnten nicht genutzt werden, Küchenutensilien verschmutzt, sowie Besteck äußerst dürftig an Anzahl (z.B. keine Kaffeelöffel)Hier sollte mal von Grundauf...

"I travel to Tubingen once or twice a year. I stayed 9 nights at this place. It is not like your regular hotels, it offers a lot more! You get your own suite that includes a kitchen. I like that because it gives you more freedom in your food choices, and saves you money. It is new, very clean, and convenient! I loved the atmosphere. Very close to the main train station and busses. Only a few minutes away. The staff friendly and responsive. I will be going there again. Thanks a lot!"
