"Lights of the unit were off from the evening of the arrival day till check out. No one responded after leaving messages to their so called emergency line. One of rooms heating was off at the same time. We had to sleep on the floor of the living room. Terrible experience"

"I loved the room with heated floors. the bathroom was very spacious and a wonderful location next to the market and park.
