Half an hour is way too long especially given that they should already have most of the details that I spent this time giving...at least the other hotels did, booked using the same mechanism. Also in the morning when I came to the desk to pay for breakfast, I gave up after waiting for 20 minutes and got breakfast somewhere on the Autobahn instead. The prices...

"Stayed here for business for two nights. Very nice hotel, has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Restaurant and bar are excellent - food was nice. First night service was great however second was a quite slow. Overall i would stay again and recommend. "
