"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient. Our room was cosy and perfect for our two night stay. Location was spot on for walking to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks in the 8th floor bar, fab views, great selection of drinks & again very lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is great, the rooms are unique with the large round window, and a superb shower. Beds are comfortable too. A tip for everyone! There is a small ventilation window, hidden behind the curtain. Breakfast was ok, but really geared towards vegetarians. Transport links are great , main station only 150 mts away. Great view from the rooftop terrace. The staff in the hotel are exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. Highly reccomended"

"There were no staff to speak off that we saw, other than the restaurant and they were great. Though this was not a problem. It was super easy to get to our room. There was not much in the area but again this was not an issue for us because the metro was a short walk. The hotel room was clean and spacious - I traveled with my two teenage daughters and they really enjoyed the bunk bed. They also loved the Nutella pizza in the restaurant! Will stay here again."

"We has a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was super easy to get to, and the metro station was right across the street. The bed was super comfy, the shower was great, and the staff was super friendly. The free coffee and tea station in the lobby was the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend Citadines Danube Vienna! "

"We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it. Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. "As other people have stated the carpet did have stains on and it wasn’t overly modern, however the room and bathroom were very clean. The sheets were pristine with comfy beds. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and communication before our stay was fantastic including organising a chocolate cake for my daughter’s birthday. Would definitely stay again! "

"We loved our stay here. The property is located perfectly in the Inner Stadt. Easy access by walking or public transportation. The staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful with directions, making reservations, anything you needed for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the breakfasts. The breakfast choices were amazing. Book here. You won't be disappointed. "

Fantastic all around

"Fantastic hotel and staff! The entire place was super clean and well kept. The room had good ammenities like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, chocolate. Beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and clean with drinks served to your chairs. But the biggest plus here was the food, the breakfast buffet was the best we've had in Europe and the dinner (we opted for half-board) was absolutely delicious. It was a short drive tp both Lednice and Voltice for day trips. I would highly recommend staying here."

Beautiful view and great atmosphere!

"This was much more than expected. The front desk was welcoming. The room was different but great, with ac. The wine was devine and the food was delicious, from the appetizer to the main course! We will definitely be back. We have to find a place like this in the states. "
