"We had just gotten off a 15 hour flight. We arrived at about 11:30pm. The lady at the front desk said we could not check in until the next morning!!!! We canceled our reservation and stayed at a different hotel."

"Originally booked to stay in this hotel for six nights, only stayed for one night. The room was small and cramped with just a wicker stool to sit on other than the bed. It was cold even with the heating on, the on-suite was quite well appointed other than the large glass frontage, which afforded no privacy when being used.
