The house includes 6 private bedrooms & king size sleeper sofa in the home theater, and comfortably sleeps up to 19 people. It has 4 full bathrooms, plus a half bath. Your stay includes use of the 24 ft pontoon, kayaks, and standup paddle boards. The property also features a hillside tram making lake shore access easy for guests of all ages and mobility. There are also many games both inside and out for guests of all ages.
You will feel at one with nature on this 2.5 acre property situated on the beautiful Blackwater Lake. Blackwater Lake offers some of the best fishing around, plus swimming right off the dock, or bring your own speed boat and enjoy thrilling water sports.

Perfect Get Away!
My family and I have stayed at all three of the Sanctuary lake houses, and are always impressed with the attention to detail and all the amenities. The new Blackwater Lake place is really amazing. The dining room table is huge with a great view of the lake. The living room had plenty of seating for everyone, which was great for gathering and playing games. The game room and home theater was a life saver when it was raining - the kids loved the laser tag. Having exclusive use of the pontoon during our stay was super convenient. It was great being able to go for a boat ride any time we wanted, and didn't have to worry about renting and returning a boat. Jay was a great host, always super responsive and accommodating. Can't wait to visit again!
