"Staff need to be nicer with locals, one of your staff was scolding a old Lybian man for resting his feet on the clutch. The man seemed to have problem walking and he Carrie’s with him a small chair. Also the food gets tiring. I paid for 4 nights and ended up staying 3. There was no Wi-Fi in the room lots of flies in the lobby."

"I was very lucky to have Dar Lily to myself for 3 wonderful nights to relax and catch up on some rest and work after at the end of a 15 day trip. Great communication with the owners and although a language barrier with Fatima, she was helpful, kind and I appreciate everything she does. While not everyone enjoys the cats of Djerba, I was amused by the friend I found for a few days to help me do some Sudoku by the pool ♥️"

"we like all the people there, since the staff in the restaurant till the animators... we’re a little afraid of what would we find there but it surprised us. A very kindly city with everyone so nice, a dreamy place!!! The only thing that really bothered us was the fact that there was only wi-fi in the reception... because it’s so big we expected more areas of the hotel with wi-fi connection, nowadays is a “must-have”.. But really want to go back!"

"Not sure a four star hotel status is appropriate for this facility. Second position access to the beach was not what we expected but not that bad. However, if you are looking for a good night sleep, it is not the place to be because of continuous activities in the bar and club till 4 am with very loud sound amplifiers. Address was not accurate. "Hotel was a great value. In the winter it’s too cold to swim outdoors but we brought tennis rackets and played lots of tennis, basketball and indoor swimming. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was a smoking lounge inside the hotel lobby so the reception area always smelled like cigarettes. If the hotel would move the smoking area outside and away from the doors it would make the hotel much more appealing. It seems like a lot of the hotels in Djerba have indoor smoking. "
