"It has a convenient shuttle from Schiphol, but hotel staff smoke near the bus stop. My room was big, clean, and quiet (no airplane noise), but the mini-fridge compressor was noisy even though the fridge was empty. Its power cable was hidden behind a metal grille and could not be unplugged. I chose this airport hotel for its eco-friendly claims, but powering an empty fridge without allowing the guest to turn it off seems wasteful. I did not stay long enough at this hotel to experience many of its other eco-friendly features, such as reduced housekeeping visits, but the toiletry consumables (e.g. soap) were in large, refillable bottles."

"The hotel is very conveniently located - 5 minutes from Den Haag Centraal station, Mauritshuis, Binnenhof, and good eating places. The rooms are basic, but clean and spacious enough. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Our stay had breakfast included and buffest breakfast was sumptuous with a great variety of choices and items. The dining room offred many eating options, drink services, and board games to play. The price was a bit high but in line with the rate at other hotels. Overall, we had a very satisfactory stay at this hotel during our visit of Netherlands."

"Heated bathroom floors, clean room, and a restaurant that serves amazing food, they have a real, full size pizza oven. And its right across the street from the Maashaven train stop. 1hr / 1hr 15min train ride from Schipol Airport. Really nice and enjoyable. "
