    Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
    Absolutely disgraceful!
    We didn’t get to stay. HOST forgot to mention the property was sold and didn’t cancel the booking leaving us stranded - and out of pocket for the full amount!! disgusting!! Stayz staff were amazing though.
