Very good location for a budget hotel. Staff have a good understanding of English so communication was an ease for me. The rooms are a bit smaller than I am used to but this was a base for me to rest tired feet after exploring. Bathroom came with a full bidet system like japan so this was a nice surprise !
For anyone that loves to walk and explore, the hotel is approximately 30min walking pace to myeongdong night market/Myeongdong Cathedral. 20mins to Kwangjang market. (Time will vary based on your own walking speed)
Comments: the bathroom door handle was a bit loose so please get someone to get this fixed for that room.

I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Seoul. The room was clean and well-kept, and the location is fantastic — right near all the excitement of Myeongdongjang. It’s close to shops, street food, and nightlife, but surprisingly quiet considering how lively the area is.
The manager stood out as especially helpful and friendly. When I had an issue with the Wi-Fi on my first night, he addressed it immediately and got it resolved quickly, which I really appreciated. That level of service made a big difference.
Overall, this hotel offered a great balance of comfort, convenience, and attentive service. I’d definitely stay here again.

The receptionist on the 17th floor was very patient, kind and went out of her way to ensure all of my needs were met including accommodations, breakfast, and the limousine bus to the airport. The General Manager, Kevin Kim, who was overseeing the breakfast was remarkable and I was treated by him as if I was family. The breakfast buffet was a fantastic fusion of fresh Korean and western style offerings. My only disappointment was the sparse gym. The hotel is also close to several subway and bus stops and conveniently located near the Lotte department store and all of the amazing food vendors. Thanks again Mr. Kim for a great stay.

"Hotel, is beautiful the rooms are modern and clean. The Starbuck in the lobby is great. There are small shops and restaurants at the back. It was a great place to stay for a business trip and a short drive to Kintex where I was working. Would definitely recommend and return if I am working nearby ..."
