"The room was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with a couple of beers and cold drinks ( free ). However the beds were too small . Other than that everything was great. We Stayed in the west tower but felt that the east tower was relatively new n fresh."

"An excellent hotel which was run with typical Korean efficiency and attention to detail. The location is convenient to the KTX and underground rail system. Lots of good restaurants in the area and a beautiful shopping centre with cinema next door. Highly recommended. "

"Great place, but you advertised a pool on Expedia.com then told us it was only for other people, not us. Expedia said we could have access for a fee, which I was willing to pay. Take it off the website if it’s not available for a free like you posted on the website, that’s false advertising."
