"Thank you for a wonderful stay at Rivernene Cottages. Hosts Stephen and Phil were amazing and could not do enough for all the guests. We stayed in the Yew Tree Cottage, as a family of 4 (2 teenagers) this was perfect! The entire place is immaculately kept. "The Stables is a charming and spacious property. We were thrilled to find it beautifully decorated for Christmas and an amazing basket of goodies/treats that we enjoyed throughout our stay. We were disappointed to find many of the light bulbs burned out or nonfunctional, leaving no lighting in the main hallway. Host was very welcoming and flexible about check in.Great kitchen space with a good range of cooking pots and pans.Ely is within walking distance with a lovely market a couple of days per week: some great local produce.The cathedral was lovely and with a short walk to the riverside. "A lovely, spacious property in a great location for a fabulous celebration of birthdays. Very good communication between hosts and housekeepers who were on hand to greet us, explain everything and to fix any problems should they arise. Everything thoughtfully prepared for our stay and all bases covered from a well equipped kitchen to a fabulous play area in ample grounds for the children. Our dogs were well accommodated too and having the boot room for drying them off and taking muddy wellies...
