"This property is a gem in Arkansas. It was so clean and well furnished. It is right next to the boat ramp and a very short walk to the water. We had everything that we needed. The water pressure was a little bit low and the upstairs tub drained slow but was still amazing. In the mornings black vultures hang out on the roof, but it was fun to see them. My whole family had a blast and we will stay there again if possible. 10 out of 10 in our books."

"We discovered within an hour that this was the house for us! We spent the Labor Day weekend here with our kids and grandkids and everyone had a blast. Plenty of room for all and we loved that all adults had their own rooms. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more to prepare any meal for a large group. Plenty of towels and tp.
