"Hotel staff are exceptional, especially the young gentleman on the hotels reception. Big clean hotel with decent facilities and a nice clean smelling and friendly vibe to it. As daft as it sounds you feel safe in the hotel. The entrance of the hotel looks directly onto Magdeburg translation which is perfect for commuting to airports and major cities. "

"Convenient location. Close to the main train station and easy to get into the city center. Our room had the smell that someone had been smoking in it before (not sure when) and there were some noticeable stains on the carpet by the bathroom. The room was a good size, bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable and the sauna (extra fee per person/per hour) was a nice option! "

"Everything was fantastic! Large rooms with lots of space, huge bathroom with a tub, extremely comfortable bed, and free drinks! I only have 2 minor complaints. First is that housekeeping should NOT be trying to get in my room at 8am, that’s way too early considering that checkout is at 12 noon. Second is that there’s nobody at the reception desk until 1pm, I wanted to ask about staying another night but nobody was there. Overall, it was a really nice place in a great location. "

"Nice boutique hotel in an easily walkable location in Quedlinburg. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than average and parking was easy. Loved the area and would happily return to this hotel in the future. "

"Front desk staff was downright rude, wasn’t greeted or addressed, was made to wait for no reason and had to listen to the fron desk Cleak complain about how little money the hotel received. The carpet in the room was stained in many places, the room was loud and opening a window was impossible due to the outside noise. The non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. "Sehr freundliches Personal beim Empfang. Auch alles sehr Fam. im Hotel. Etwas schwer in dunkeln zu finden. Frühstück sehr entspannt und Abendessen ohne Aufsicht. Getränke /Essen kann man sich alles alleine holen. Essen wird immer wieder nachgefüllt. Zimmer im modernen Zustand. TT/ Billard /Darth könnte man Spielen und Sauna kann man kostenlos mit Voranmeldung benutzen. "

"Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice. The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so don't expect it and you'll be fine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and a smile, a few signs and a bit of patience got me checked in very quickly. Great value, would definitely stay again. "
