"The Strandhotel Belvedere is truly amazing! I arrived early yesterday, and was warmly greeted by Carolina, whose customer service was outstanding. I was able to check in earlier than expected, and am so happy at this hotel. They have a gorgeous view at ‘Captains Bar’ where I received a complimentary desert and coffee. The wellness area is gorgeous! And then, I had dinner last night at their restaurant. It was truly one of the best meals of my life, and the service I received from Dominique was also outstanding. She and the other server were amazing, and made my dinner experience so special. I cannot wait to return to this beautiful hotel!"

"We were welcomed and checked in warmly by reception. We had also pre-registered online by the welcome email from Hotel Baren. Their staff went the extra mile to provide extra latex pillow and fixed the safe locking error when requested. We booked the Comfort room which faces the back of the surrounding buildings but we figured the view is likely to be due to the different sizes of the room. The hotel escape floor plan showed the rooms were different sizes on the same floor. Hotel was an easy walk from the Bern Station. Many historic sites are within 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The Saturday market was next to the hotel. A very pleasant stay and would stay again. "
