"Our stay was quiet and cozy for our new Navy graduate fresh from bootcamp. It was important to her to have a nice low key stay without a lot of activity surrounding her. We were even able to extend one more day to be able to spend extra time with her."

What people should be aware of is the neighborhood is a bit rough. The place is on a fairly major road, so road noise and street lighting is a constant presence.
