"Trophy house is a very cool place for a guy or a couple. As a 65 yr old woman alone it was kinda spooky. It’s connected to a big house that was empty and above a sort of reception hall, also empty. Across the driveway/parking space is a half built structure that looks like it’s going to stay that way. The pool is (or was for me in mid June) murky, algae, old and not useable. "I had a wonderful week-long stay at this farmhouse in McKinney. The house sits on almost 80 acres of beautiful pastures with around 30 cows and bulls (my count at the time) roaming freely in them. Kali the cat roams in and out of the house and is very affectionate and friendly. It’s a great place to enjoy nature, and yet downtown McKinney is a short drive (10-15 minutes) away. I would certainly stay here again."
