"Chalet Sulegg was amazing! We were there for several days with my husband and parents. It was great to be able to cook dinners and do some laundry mid-way through our trip in Switzerland. It is steep to get back up the hill to the train station, but worth it for the quiet location and the absolutely incredible view of the Lauterbrunnen Valley. We got a taxi the day we left to help us get our luggage up to the station! Loved everything about our stay in Wengen and would definitely rent this...

"Fantastic view on the lakes and mountains, close to many hikes as well. About 15-20 minutes from Interlaken up in the mountain. Excellent equipment and beautiful terrace. Unfortunately, we tripped a breaker on our last night when my daughter tried to plug her adapter herself, losing electricity...didn't find the right box/breaker to reset ! Hopefully, nothing broke. Sorry for that."

"The property manager gave great directions and correspondence before arrival. The beds were in two separate areas, but the main level bed and bedding were uncomfortable. The separate downstairs and 2nd bedroom doesn't heat up and stay very cold if you have to utilize it which we did with 4 adults. The balcony is very nice and has a great view, parking is easy. I still do not understand why we had to leave cash for the tax and it wasn't billed through the VRBO system. Very inconvenient to have to...

The home is on the Grindelwald side of the river, a short walk from "Terminal" (for train connections, and gondola to Kleine Scheidegg), and with a bus stop literally out the front door (with connections to the center of Grindelwald). It is walkable to town, but a bit steep; the bus is easier. The kitchen is modern and well appointed. The dining table is huge and suits 10 people just fine.
