The house was perfect for our recent trip. Lots of space in a quiet and scenic neighborhood. The kitchen was very well equipped for our meals after a long day of fishing. Ian was quick to respond and very helpful.

The pictures don’t due this residence justice, both inside and out. Plenty of room for our group of 6 for lounging, eating, and sleeping. Stunning views outside. Great location just outside of town. Friends from outside of Colorado were stunned by the night ski.

We stayed at this property while we were hunting during 2nd season this year. It was the perfect place to stay - near our hunting area so we could get their timely in the morning and not too far to travel after dark.

Awesome place to stay for our family of 6. Great location right next to Hartman Rocks Rec Area and a beautiful 35 min drive to Crested Butte. Trampoline was a bonus for our kids and the espresso machine for us. Even a bottle of wine to greet us! Thanks Ian!

Incredible location to enjoy all that the Gunnison area has to offer! I stayed here with some long time friends and handful of kids under 10 and it couldn't have been better! Lots of outdoor space for the kids and adults to relax and enjoy. Great access to Hartman Rocks, Blue Mesa Reservoir and the Town of Gunnison. Ian was a wonderful host. Great value!

We loved our stay at Ian’s house. It had everything we needed and more. The location doesn’t get any better if you’re there to mountain bike, which we were. Riding to Hartmans from the front door each morning was such a treat. Ian was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Would stay again!

Ian is very accommodating and quick to respond to inquires. The property was perfectly located for many fun family outdoor activities and we were able to fit in multiple activities each day.
