"This was our second trip to this property and it was still great. Situated on the mountainside , in a small quiet cluster of properties, its only 5-10 minute drive to 2 gondolas accessing the ski slopes. The skiing was great. The property is very clean and comfortable. We hired both the house and apartment below, which has an indoor adjoining staircase. The children loved the bedrooms in the eaves. The home is on the Grindelwald side of the river, a short walk from "Terminal" (for train connections, and gondola to Kleine Scheidegg), and with a bus stop literally out the front door (with connections to the center of Grindelwald). It is walkable to town, but a bit steep; the bus is easier. The kitchen is modern and well appointed. The dining table is huge and suits 10 people just fine.
