"We enjoyed our one night stay here. We had a friendly welcome when we arrived, and we really liked the authentic Alpine chalet feel of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious with a balcony. Breakfast was lovely and we could park for free outside. All good! "

Very disappointed with the bedding, it was very poor. Not Egyptian cotton sheets. Worn fitted sheets of a poor standard. Charging for parking is not acceptable at a hotel at this price point. "

"Super friendly & helpful staff at reception. Helped us find a dining venue & organised free tourist tickets for the fortress. We parked directly under the hotel with easy hotel access. Breakfast was a generous spread of the usual European options. The view of the fortress at night from the balcony of the spa area was spectacular. Room was basic, but sufficient."
