"The property was lovely - clean and spacious. Very nicely maintained with some fun wall decor throughout the house. Access was a little challenging up a spiral staircase although this was clearly stated at booking. Due to this, not advisable for elderly/frail people."

"Our entire stay was fantastic, the home owner Suze was amazing in helping with our arrangements for our small wedding - private chef Adrian was superb, housekeepers were amazing at helping us understand how the house worked and also took in our shopping! We even managed a couple of dips in the very fresh sea to start the day! A magical break enjoyed by all.. We have recommended to several friends and family and will hopefully stay again soon. "

"Very spacious, well resourced property. Comfortable for a large family gathering and providing a home from home. Disappointing to find that bbqs were not allowed. Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. It's position on the South West Coast path meant access to some lovely walks. We were disappointed to find a large caravan park opposite which wasn't mentioned in the property details and the bin...

"There is so much that could be said about this wonderful property. The views are spectacular, the property its self is truly unique and a very special place. Meals on the terrace were wonderful, watching the sea and being visited by so much wildlife. Our children loved the peacocks and the fish in the pond and watching the many seagulls! "The property itself was very nice - quite cozy with a well-appointed kitchen. We spent a ot of time in the sunroom enjoying either our morning coffee or our afternoon glass of wine! It could have used a few more lamps with working lightbulbs. We never did hear back from our host when we tried contacting her to obtain more bulbs so communication could be improved. Also don't plan a having a BBQ - the bottom had completely fallen out! Lastly, directions to locate the property could be improved....
