Please note that there are train tracks running all over the city, therefore the noise of train passing by can be occasionally heard. We still are closer to the beach than the train tracks.

Cameras & Noise monitor devices: The property has 6 actively recording outdoor cameras that are located at the front door, on the entrance to the stairs, on top of the stairs, by the game room, by the driveway and under the carport. These cameras are angled to only view the outside and never inside the house. In addition we have a noise monitor device in the hallway that only monitors decibels that are passed a certain threshold. This device sends a notification when the level of noise is too high but It does not record voice or sound.
