Property was clean and cute but needs maintenance done. Air conditioner would not get house below 81 during the day and was very humid and muggy inside, Front door would not stay shut unless locked and back door was very hard to unlock and lock, back porch felt like it was going to fall in when walked on kitchen faucet handle was in bad shape

Was good stay overall but there were some things that were annoying while there.
Overall was nice stay. There were however some negatives. We didnt have a grill as pictured on the deck. Had to call the contact person and he said he was out of town and someone must have stolen it. Didnt offer to bring one by until I said I was expecting to use it while here. Said he would have someone bring one by. I never heard back from him and called back a couple times and left messages. Did notice the grill a day or so later after spotting it out in the yard by the deck. Would have prefereed it on the deck and it was not cleaned looked like it had been sitting for some time. The TV remote was not responsive it was always hard to change channels etc. Couldn't stream certain things. The bathroom has no fan. The mattress in one bedroom was pretty hard. There was a very sketchy neighborhood " church" around the corner. Heard some pretty unsavory rumors about the place. Overall it was pretty nice place to stay. Location was good mostly quiet. Could def use some upgrades and more attetive managing.

It’s everything they advertised
Just so professional. Everything was great, especially dealing with Patrick! I’ve rented for the entire month. Great location, quiet neighborhood, sidewalks to walk around on. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. Such a cute house, and fully equipped with essentials

Property was located in quiet neighborhood. Only issues we had was no cable only roku. The guys wanted to be able to see local news , current shows without having to search. Please invest in cable if only for local channels. The 1st bedroom bed was so low to floor it was like sleeping on the floor. My brother in law is 6 2 so it was hard on his knees.

Met our needs, great location
It is a little small for the number of people it claims. Our family of 5 was a full house. Outside may give a questionable impression, but the inside was as pictured and very clean. No regrets and would stay there again. Thanks for a very easy checkin and a clean home to stay in.

Lovely cottage. Would definitely rent again!
We loved “our” little cottage! Very quiet street and very homey! The kids loved the back yard with the huge tree. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. It was our first VRBO and we are hooked! The only disappointment was we really could not see the water from our porch. The beach is a very short drive, but drive for sure because the casino is directly across. Wonderful house and way better than a hotel! Friendly full-time resident neighbors. Fantastic!

This property is as pictured. It is extremely well equipped. I would call it over-equipped, as there was not much place to put our own things. I had to use precious counter space in the kitchen for my groceries. The front and back porches were nice, although required constant sweeping from the trees dropping leaves. I found this property to be over-priced for what we got. There were a lot of extra fees, including both to Homeaway and to the property manager, and a non-refundable damage fee. There were no surprises - all costs were disclosed, but it added up to a lot per night. I would have liked some contact with either the property manager or the owners. We were given the key code and told what days garbage collection was, but nothing else, not even a welcome to the property. I inadvertently brought in the neighbour's garbage bin, because I didn't know what belonged to the house. Some of the equipment was unique, such as the all in one washer/dryer and the Nest thermostat, and I could not find any operating instructions for anything in the house. This property would be suitable for a short stay, but I do not recommend it for a longer stay.
