Come take a Seabatical with us! What better way to escape everyday life. Sun, fun and miles of white sandy beaches. Home has many updates: new mattresses, living room furniture, decor, back patio.

Our spacious town home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Laundry area. Open kitchen, living and dining area. Linens provided. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities. Just bring clothes and food!

Prepare a meal here or step out to one of the many local restaurants. Offering up scrumptious seafood, Mexican, American, Thai and so many other styles of food.

Casinos just a few miles away will keep you entertained. Or check out any of our many area attractions from water parks to festivals. Nature lover? Lots of wildlife to see on the beach. Lots of fishing to do too!

Whether you are looking to get away from it all or just looking for a change of pace, staying in our town home will have you set up for everything!

Great place, great people to work with.
The property was as per the description, the location was great, the house and the gated community were also exactly as described. Plenty of things to do locally in fact we ran out of time. If we ever go back to Gulfport this will be the first place a check out.

Property was in a great location. Central to Biloxi and Pass Christian. Easy road trips to New Orleans as well as Dauphin Island. Well equipped kitchen and had toys for pool as well as wagon to load up and take to the beach. Comfortable beds, and linens. Will stay again if in the area. The owner and managment team keep up with all communications.

Nice Getaway
Nice townhouse. Everything was convenient, even down to the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided, even though we brought our own b/c most places don’t provide that in each bathroom. Washer/dryer is a plus. Stove & oven were dirty, not sure how well the housekeepers who clean after look after that. Otherwise, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. Pool was close. Gated community, felt safe. Next door neighbors not the friendliest. I think they are residents. We would definitely stay there again though!

A good rental that was confusing in some ways
I picked this rental to be here during a TDY for the military. I only booked them for 30 days of my stay and it was good with some issues. The HOA rules for the pool made it not kid friendly so we only tried once and didnt go back. The property is very close to train tracks so if you are light sleepers or have babies it will be hard keeping them asleep. The property is by the entrance and the dumpsters which is convenient but also hard when everyone has to drive by you at night and trash trucks. If you are not from the gulf coast be aware the water has a sulfur smell to it and a bit oily or something, its just a biloxi deal Now on to things within the owners control. The property manager and owners were very responsive to messages and worked on things very fast. The fridge broke first week and the owners responded quick to get it fixed. The owners attempted repairs themselves which then needed to be replaced. During this occurrence, the owners did keep us updated on any changes but they were not good at giving us warning, other than what day, then show up at the door knocking unannounced. The listing was not entirely clear that the “kids room” was downstairs away from the master with an exterior door. We only used it for toys and such. The house was comfortable and the living spaces were very clean but the common areas were not, but they where going to talk to cleaners. Over all it was a good but had some issues.

Comfortable, great location!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo complex. It was nice that it was gated, it added to the feeling of security. Very close to the gulf and things to do. Also very close to shopping and restaurants. My only regret is that the pool is not heated and being from Minnesota I didn't know to ask about that. We walked there and sat by the pool but it was too cold to swim in. Also, the train goes right past the pool and the horn is loud. In the condo the train is farther away and was not an issue. The condo had everything we needed and we were very comfortable there. The mattresses were comfortable too. The host was very good about getting back to us if we had a question. I would have liked more detailed photos of the property to know the layout better before we got there. But it was not a deal breaker. There are steps leading up to the front door. I thought there were only two but it was more like five. My mom can still do stairs with help but two would have been better than five. There is one bedroom on the main floor and two upstairs. To access the back patio area you must go through the bedroom. Due to this we didn't use the patio area at all. We sat on the front stoop/patio instead. The back patio was also full of leaves and pinecones so the front was more inviting. However, a broom would have fixed that so don't let that deter you. We would stay here again but maybe during the summer since the pool is not heated. It's a nice place and the hosts were great.

Just awesome!
My sister and I needed a place to bond and say good-by with fun and excitment. Im moving to the Phillippines. Gulfport was perfect since we both like the shore and gaming.The house was perfect 3 private bathrooms for my wife and my niece. It was Very roomy for 6 aldults and visiting kids from Mobile AL. The owner was very thoughtful and had everything we needed like trash bags dishwashing soap ect. The bed sheets smelled fresh the towels were soft and were washed with compassion. The only bad thing was the door did not have a independent lock that could keep out those that knows the combo to the door. However its a very safe secure gated comunity. Not counting the door. It was perfect!

Beach Vacation!
Nice rental property for our family. It was quiet and clean. It was easily found and accessed driving in. Nicely located close to the beach with sidewalk access. Came supplied with the essentials to live shortly. We found plenty of kids toys and things for going down to the beach.

Fab Place to stay
I couldn’t rave more about this place, truly enjoyed staying here and the house was clean and very inviting. Having the beach literally within walking distance was fab. The neighborhood poor was clean and so close the house.. Having the security of a security gate to the small neighborhood puts your mind at rest when staying at Any new place. I will stay there again when visiting my daughter and her family

Missing Info about the Property/Neighborhood
Overall the property was very clean, well taken care of and fairly convenient for our stay. Some of the things that I feel should be shared is that the property is directly next to train tracks. Which in turn means trains and train horns at all hours of the night. The property is also next to a fire station which comes with it's own set of issues. If you are looking for a quiet stay this might not be the first pick. I will say that for the price the townhome met our needs.

A few things.
Nice, clean unit. Living area furnished well and comfortable. All beds had no box springs, all super firm platform mattresses. All beds were very squeaky. Old and flat pillows. Did not like that all towels had to be washed and dried before departure. Parking spaces for unit had large standing areas of water on uneven pavement. Also sand/dirt collected at front on parking spaces.

The property was very clean! It had a security guard on duty on the weekends. Everything worked as it should and we had our own parking spaces for the rental right outside our door. The property was well appointed with beds, dressers, closets and decor. It was also within walking distance of the beach. The beach was nice and we also loved the swimming pool at the property!! The ONLY negative that we found was the king bed in our bedroom. I am disabled and have to sit up and lean back on the pillows in the bed on a heating pad. Every time I tried to do this, the headboard on the bed would bump the wall, and there also seemed to be a lump on my side which is the right side facing the foot of the bed. But, we were so tired by the end of the day that we managed to sleep on it anyway!! We had a GREAT TIME and would go back again. Thanks so much!!!

The VRBO ad showed the pier. It is false advertising. It should say currently unavailable/under construction. The HOA did not clean the pool, fix the pool chairs, or fill the dog station. I enjoyed the dog parks. I'm not a fan of Roku because I could not get local news and the two TV's had different apps. Silverware drawer won't open, hits the stove. There was a half roll of paper towels, 3 half rolls of toilet paper, no dishwasher or laundry soap, or more than 1 garbage bag for two adults that stayed for 10 days. I did feel very safe & secure. Friendly neighbors. There was a very quick response from the property manager and I appreciate she let me bring my dogs
