Perfect Location
This cute townhouse fit our needs perfectly! There was plenty of space for all of us, clean, and located near the beach! We were on the go most of the trip so we did not spend a whole lot of time at the house. I loved being able to do my laundry there so we could pack less! Only negatives were that we could not find a broom to sweep up sand, only one roll of paper towel, not enough toilet paper, and the family room needs another sofa or oversized chair to accommodate more than three people.

Great Townhouse, cool, clean, and excellent location!
This townhouse is in a gated community of what appears to be more vacation units - with that said it was very safe and friendly! It’s literally a block from the beach and perfectly located between Gulfport and biloxi! The house was clean and all appliances was working. It really felt like a light and airy beach house. We will stay here again if we have another family reunion nearby! Thanks!!

Beautiful Townhome...Perfect Location!!
Came to town for a dance competition!!! Perfect size and set up for 2 set of parents and 3 dancers!!! Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom!! Privacy for everyone!! Only wish there were a few more amenities, like laundry detergent and extra rolls of tissue. Had to go and buy those items. Perfect location to beach and the convention center!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Not pleased!!!!!
We arrived and could not get in. I contacted the Owner (Elsie) and she contacted her property manager Tanya. We were given instructions to go to the back of the house near the bottom of the AC unit on the ground. It was difficult to maneuver, the lock box would not open. Then Tanya contacted the Housekeeper to come meet us. After trying to open the lockbox for several minutes, she was able to get it open. Once we entered the unit, it was dirty. Every bedroom and bathroom. Tanya explained that she had a busy week and forgot to contact The cleaning service. We didn’t get into our unit until after 9pm.

We enjoyed our stay overall. People are friendly in Gulfport. Location to beach and other interesting places was good. Reasonably priced. Checkin and out was totally different than our other VRBO experiences. Very little communication of what we needed to do. Townhouse looked fairly clean but smelled stale. Beds okay but rather hard. Each bath had 2 towels and 2 washrags and 1 hand towel with bunk room being the exception—it had 3 towels.

Check in process was very smooth. Location was great and condo was clean. It had everything we needed! Only issue- I could not find any instructions on what to do for check out as far as cleaning. A list on the fridge would be helpful!

Gulfport Weekend
We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend to meet up with friends & their family. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We quickly learned that people park wherever there is a free space so you may not have the same spot the entire time, but it wasn't an issue. The layout was perfect and there was more than enough room for everyone. We would recommend it to others.
