"Staff was super friendly. Night staff was a bit loud; I could hear them from my room which was first in hallway around corner. It just echoes through hotel. Hot tub jets did not work ; had to go to front desk and get maintenance to turn them on; he didn’t really fix it ; just made it work for the time being. Key card didn’t work twice; front desk had to reset. Minor issues; all were resolved quickly"
