Our penthouse condo called "Paradise View" has some of the best views on the Gulf of Mexico! It is in the newest building in Gulf Shores, called Phoenix Gulf Shores!

You will fall in love how in the professional decor, unique and upscale furnishings!

If you're tired of the ordinary, our condo is extraordinary!

The views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room are amazing! There are not any condos next to you that take away from your privacy and views! Electric blinds, power sofas and upscale décor, raises the standard in condo vacation rentals! We have the only units in Phoenix Gulf Shores where the TV is mounted on the East side which provides views of the Gulf of Mexico, Gulf Shores and the surrounding areas all while you are sitting in the comfort of the power leather sofa's. You will love how it is professionally decorated with upscaled with unique furnishings!

There are only 2 condos in Phoenix Gulf Shores where the TV is mounted on East side so you will have amazing views from the living room.

The floor to ceiling windows in the living room, dining room, and 3 of the bedrooms provide amazing views. It has 2 king bedrooms and two bedrooms have 2 queen beds each for a total of 6 beds in 4 bedrooms. We also provide an 1 queen size luxury air mattress.

Phoenix Gulf Shores, (the newest condo in Gulf Shores) features 80 Gulf Front Condominiums with 4 high speed elevators. It is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Phoenix Gulf Shores will be within walking distance to the Hang-out, new Gulf State Park, fine dining, shopping and concert/festival venues.

-Up to 3 parking passes can be purchased from the HOA at $35 for each vehicle for your stay ( for the full stay) and even more in non-peak season

The condo was extremely well appointed.

Best condo ever!
The condo was perfect. There were 13 of us and had plenty of room. It was in a perfect location. I talked to the owners a couple of times and they were very nice and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Our family said it was the best condo we had ever stayed in.

Views are amazing
Check-in was easy. The condo is extremely spacious! Well appointed kitchen and dry bar area. We agree with previous comments that the over-all cleanliness needs to be addressed. It is desperately in need of deeper cleaning. The beds all seem to have a deep groove in the mattress and not so comfortable and extremely noisy. And although it was too cool to be on the deck most of the time, we did notice the couch had a missing cushion - the replacement cushion did not match and was very torn. We did have a very enjoyable stay! Parking was easy, and elevators readily available.

I appreciate the owner replying promptly to my messages. The view is better than the pictures. Beautiful! The condo is spacious and comfortable. The dishes, pans, etc are adequate. The refrigerator is small for seven people but we managed. I would rent this condo again.

Coronavirus Upset Made Easier

Just Spectacular!
I think this is the nicest rental that we have ever stayed in and I doubt we will ever be in one as nice again! It was open for just the 2 days that we needed at a bargain price. It is even nicer than the pictures can show and the view left us speechless! It was very clean and brand new. My only suggestion is that there be some throw blankets provided to snuggle with on the cozy reclining couches. This place is a DREAM!

Practically-perfect Penthouse
The Becher Bunch (10 adults) thoroughly enjoyed this 23rd floor “little slice of heaven!” Our 3 favorite things? the view, The View, THE VIEW!! Plenty of room(s) to enjoy it from too! Wish we could have stayed longer. Already planning our next trip back. Great option for families or friends traveling together. Although we didn’t need them, our hosts were at the ready just a phone call away to correct anything that wasn’t right. I would (and hopefully WILL) stay here again!

This condo had absolutely incredible views!!Property manager was great about communicating back with me , usually in a matter of minutes. The only thing I would say I would even have a complaint about is the beds. They weren’t very comfortable. Other than that our stay was excellent and condo was beautiful!

Our condo was beautiful. Balcony is great, comfortable furniture. One downside was the kitchen cabinets and microwave top was pretty dirty with dust? This dust build up was on wall and on ceiling above stove. I did contact housekeeping and they offered to come the next day but we are on vacation and didn't want people in our condo (we felt this should have been done before we arrived). Overall it was a beautiful condo, comfortable beds, the view is amazing. The housekeeping lady was absolutely great and apologized for the problem.

New Favorite Place
Our family has vacationed in Gulf Shores for the last 15 years. We always stay in a luxury condo and we had originally booked the penthouse with this company. We were bumped at the last minute and were moved down 7 floors. I was pleasantly surprised with the condos views. They were breathtaking and we were still high enough to not deal with ground level noises. We have fallen in love with this Condo! We are contemplating our return visit for next year! The interior was as shown in the pictures and we truly felt at home! Gorgeous condo with plenty of room for our family of 7 with wonderful views of the gulf! We will definitely be regulars in this condo as this truly is our new, favorite place to stay!

The condo is amazing! But the location had issues
The condo is pretty much as pictured. It was the clear shining star of our week long vacation during the week of Marco and Laura Hurricanes (that missed Gulf Shores...) It is huge, clean, well stocked, comfortable... And the view has got to be the best in town. We were there during two possible hurricanes that missed Gulf Shores, but still the current/riptide kept the ocean closed all week save one day, but the beaches were open. The beach front in the pictures didn't exist when we were there. It was already eroded almost to the sea oats dunes, and two days later there was an 8 ft literal cliff of sand to navigate. This issue extends for 100s of yards in each direction now and is not limited to the Phoenix Gulf Shores. They were cutting down the wooden walkway to the beach with chainsaws half of the week. For two days there was no access to the beach other than walking down to the public beach. Also, if the walkway if off limits, there is nowhere other than the pool to wash off sand, so most people were using the pool to do so. The hot tubs were out of commision "for a long time" and two of the 4 elevators were mostly out of order through the week. This wasn't a big deal really as not many people were there this week. Any complaints we had in no was reflect on this unit, though. It was perfect. I guess I would just say, know why you are going to the beach... I chose it because I was taking some older people (70-99) with us and getting to the beach easily was important. If that's important to you, make sure the beach is actually going to be there during your stay. If you like sitting at a pool or just like the view and a very nice condo, you can't go wrong with this place at all. We didn't talk with the owners, because there was no reason to... It felt like we were home immediately. I hope they can repair the beaches soon, because we would surely stay here again if they do.
