Things to know
• This home is a duplex, each side has 3 bedrooms and full living room and kitchen. This property can be booked as each individual unit or both properties booked together as a 6 bedroom. There are separate entrances for each side of the duplex.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• The unit has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The property association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
