This one-bedroom/one-bathroom condominium offers comfortable accommodations for up to four guests and is located on the 5th floor with a direct Gulf view.
The condo includes:

A new 55" flat-screen smart TV with digital cable.
New granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen.
A queen sofa sleeper in the living area.
Major appliances in the kitchen.
Dining space for four at the table and seating for four at the kitchen bar.
A stacked washer and dryer in the hall closet.
A queen-size bed in the master bedroom.
An elegant tiled shower and tub combination in the master bathroom.
Direct Gulf view from the kitchen, living room, and balcony, with a Lagoon view from the bedroom.
A non-smoking unit.
Please note that Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and pool area only.

This condo is a great choice for couples or a girls' getaway, offering stunning views and a renovated, comfortable interior.
The complex offers a variety of amenities for you to enjoy, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, private boardwalk to the beach, boat slips, boat ramp, gazebo, and barbecue grills in the picnic area. You can also play tennis or shuffleboard day or night on the lighted courts.

The resort is located approximately three miles west of Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores, offering proximity to shopping, restaurants, and all the area has to offer while being in a private beach area away from congestion.

Additional information:
Parking passes are handled on-site by the association, with charges applying.
Boats and/or boat trailers require a separate parking pass for $20.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

Please use the new “B” elevator on the west side or the new “C” elevator on the east side of the complex, depending on the location of your rented unit. Parking passes can still be purchased in the lobby of "A" building.

Basically good
Communication with management co was excellent. Property in good shape. Two things I missed were no washcloths except for makeup cloths AND coffee pot didn’t have filters. I need my coffee. The high rise was nice with pool and lagoon. It was adequate for two people. Balcony faced ocean but did have to cross street to get to ocean. Tennis courts were in good shape. No disappointments except coffee situation and wash cloths. 5* yo management co. They were very hands on

What a Great Little Condo!
My husband and I really loved this condo, while it is across the street from the beach you still have a great ocean view. This part of the area has less traffic making it very easy to get to the beach. The condo itself is small, but was fine for just my husband and I. The bedroom was also quieter than some because it faces the back of the property and the bay. The pool and surrounding area has really pretty landscaping making the back area so peaceful.

Needs some attention. AC was off and room was 80 degrees when we arrived. Unit stayed so damp our bedding felt wet. Unit smelled musty due to dampness. Patio chair broken. Pictures of unit need updated, did not match. The owner needs to address the dampness issue. We left a day early. Couch was stained and dirty

Loved the balcony view of the ocean!! Very short walk to the beach!! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the bed and furniture was not comfortable, other than that everything was great!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us. The view from the balcony of the gulf is gorgeous. The pool area is beautiful and was very clean. My husband fished from the dock. Just a quick skip across the road to the beach.

Perfect for small family
It was perfect size for our family of four, with the pull out sofa. Wouldn’t recommend for any larger groups than 2 adults and 2 kids, but definitely in a nice area with bay side behind us and ocean view in front.

Great location and pool. Nice view of ocean from balcony. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and the balcony door is missing the handle on balcony side making it hard to open and shut. Otherwise, it was a nice place and good price.

Location perfect
The property needs a little updating. Rug in living room could be cleaned and couch too. Fan in bathroom sounds like a generator starting. Light bulbs needed on stove. Patio door needs repair and replacing. Chairs at counter are made for young kids not elderly. The location is great with ocean across the street and bay in the back. My husband and I stayed for 7 nights. For the price it was good.

Great place
We really enjoyed our stay. It’s on the quiet end of the beach and only a very short, easy walk to the beach. Great view of the gulf from the condo and balcony where we watched the sun rise and set. The condo itself is small but plenty of room for a nice getaway for a couple. We’ve stayed in the complex before and love it! We will definitely stay again.

This place was so cute and we loved it! We were a little confused about how to find the room at first because the main elevators weren’t working, but there are two others (one on each side for buildings B and C) so we eventually figured it out. We had come in late after everything was closed, but they had signs up explaining the elevator situation. Any question I had to the property manager was answered swiftly!! We did have to go get keys from their main office located a few miles from the condo. This was not an issue, and they made it easy. This was just something new to us, but we’re also not experienced in staying at a lot of condos. I just wanted to leave that here so people coming after hours will understand! The condo was beautiful and clean, and the pool area was really neat! We will for sure stay here again!! I 100% recommend!
