A 500 Sf Beachfront Studio:
The condo is a studio which is one large room that is great for a couple or a small family of four. There is a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, large 42 inch TV. The kitchen area has a dining table for four. A Keurig Coffee Maker or regular coffee pot, filters provided.

We are on the located on the island peninsula, 13 miles from Orange Beach, about a 20 minute drive. Downstairs great fresh seafood, with a seasonal outdoor patio bar overlooking the beach, serving ice cold beer & cocktails or dine on the patio! Several other dining options close by all within a 2-5 mile radius, a list will be provided.

There is an awesome Dollar General 2.5 miles from the condo. You can get coffee, paper goods or extra things you may need.

Must Purchase A Parking Pass~Online 35.00 per car-2 car max ~ good for the duration of your stay.
You Must Be 25 Years Of Age To Rent This Condo
There is no towel exchange, the laundry room is located on the ground floor.
There are no indoor hot tubs at this time.

Just right for two
Quaint and cute condo in a quieter area. We were about 30 minutes from all the activity of Orange Beach but the payoff was the beach seemed far less crowded. I’d stay here again for sure.

The location is amazing! The balcony is small but you can't beat that view. Room was clean and well equipped. Perfect size studio for solo or couple. The Sassy Bass restaurant downstairs is so convenient! I would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING Vacation!
This property far exceeded all of my expectations! The apartment is extremely clean, it has all the amenities you could possibly want while staying away from home, and the location is perfect! It is literally steps away from the beach, pool, and there is a restaurant located on the first floor with delicious food and drinks! I just cannot emphasize how fantastic this apartment is and how much we enjoyed our stay. The balcony is perfect for drinking coffee while enjoying a beautiful beach view. Not only is the property amazing, the same applies to the owner. Unfortunately during our stay we experienced some bad weather, and as a result, had to stay inside all day. The owner took it upon herself to contact me and offered for us to stay an additional night knowing that we had missed a day of our vacation because of the bad weather. She is absolutely amazing and I recommend you book with her if you want a vacation you and your family will never forget! We will definitely be returning for future getaways!!

This was our first time going to Fort Morgan and it was fantastic! The restaurant on property was great! The views from the condo were everything I had hoped for and more! Other than the bed and sofa bed not being very comfortable, this was a great experience!

Good quiet place for 2 people! Make sure to check map :)
It was perfect for what we needed! Small, studio condo with a little patio. It is basically in Fort Morgan, so pretty far from most of the Gulf Shores restaurants and attractions, but if you’re not worried about a drive, it’s great! It could definitely use a deep clean, and a couple of small repairs, but overall no biggie.

I took my Mom for a post COVID getaway. The location was perfect! The beach was clean and not crowded at all. The condo was spotless! Even though it was a studio, there was just enough space for the two of us. The owner could not have been nicer and more helpful. She checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She even took the time to make restaurant recommendations in the area. We would definitely stay there again; in fact, we plan on making this an annual getaway. The was by far my BEST VRBO getaway to date!!
