Come enjoy the beach at this popular West Beach location in Gulf Shores! Updated, spacious duplex unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Easy walk to the beach with public beach access boardwalk approximately 1,000 ft away! Newly paved pedestrian walking/bicycle path on West Lagoon Ave where property is located. Close proximity to everything Gulf Shores has to offer - 10 minutes away from popular restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc.

The first floor has a spacious kitchen, dining, living room area, and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and queen bed. The second level has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are on the ground level. There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles - parking pass not required.

Bed linens & bath towels provided - please bring your own beach towels.
Kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, pot & pans, etc.) and basic supplies such as plates, silverware, cups, etc. provided.
Charcoal grill (one per unit).
Wi-Fi and 3 Smart tv's (no satellite or cable).
Check in after 4pm/Check out by10 am.
Responsible Party must be 25 years of age or older.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex. Two units - each unit is independent complete with kitchen, living area, 3 br/ 2ba. This listing is for Unit B. Listing for Unit A - VRBO# 1238550. Both units may be rented by the same party.

A little birthday trip
The trip was a birthday celebration for my sister who brought her fiance my husband and I and our other sister so it was just us adults. It was a perfect location for walking to the beach and getting to all the shops.
