The location on this place was great. Only a easy five minute walk across the street to the beach. The house was clean and almost looked brand new. It provided a ton of space for our family of 4! We would definitely love to stay here again.

Our family recently returned from a wonderful week of vacation at the Cottages of Romeo Beach Unit #1. The property is exactly as pictured. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was great - the walk was easy and quick. We could walk to several restaurants as well. It was nice to be able to bring our small dogs with us. I was afraid it would smell like animals, but it didn’t at all. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Convenient, Clean, and Better Than a Condo!
Property was as described, if not better. Although not directly on the beach, the location is actually quite convenient. Coming and going to/from the property is much easier than at a condo - no waiting for elevators, no trying to find a parking space, no lines just to get on property, and getting to the beach was no problem, even with kids. The traffic light/crosswalk right outside the property made this very safe and easy. Overall, the property was very clean, with comfortable, updated furnishings/bedding/decor/electronics. I would certainly recommend this property without hesitation. The only downside to this property would be for those with significant mobility issues, as there are two flights of stairs. Nevertheless, the entry stairs are well lit and very wide, as are the interior stairs, which are very manageable, and we had no issues or complaints.

Plenty of room for the whole family- just a short walk to the beach- pool was very very small but we came here for the beach so the pool size really didn’t matter to us anyway- the outdoor storage box full of beach chairs and toys was really nice less we had to buy
