Finally! Your time for vacation is coming! Take a look at this beautifully remodeled and refreshing condo. Just perfect for your vacation this year.

Gulf Shores is such a fun city to visit. Not too big and not too small. We have a lot of the newest and latest but keep a lot of the old beach town feel. Gulf Shores is definitely a family friendly destination with so many things within walking distance. You will be surprised how walking, running and biking friendly we are. Kids always love the location since we are close to The Hangout and to the local stores. We have a number of restaurants within a tenth or two tenths of a mile from the complex.

Regatta is located on the beach side. We have a nice balcony with view of the gulf. We face the west side so the mornings and good part of the day will have shade on the balcony for relaxing, reading, drinking coffee and staring.

Why do people keep coming back to Gulf Shores? Still has the small town beach feel. Still a family oriented city. Still the best Seafood restaurants anywhere. The incredibly white beaches that are so wide simply are beyond description until you see it yourself. Plenty of unique shopping places in Gulf Shores. All the familiar chain restaurants and stores are bordering Gulf Shores in Foley. Night time fun for families. Going to The Hangout during the day or night is a blast. Long walks down nearly secluded beaches in early mornings or before dark is a must.

Master Bedroom features a King Bed and Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa

* Parking Fee $40 is for 1 Vehicle for Entire Stay & Pass will be in condo. If a 2nd vehicle is coming a 2nd pass will need to be purchased at office for $40 next to our condo.

Condo has everything you need for an extended stay. Few restaurants within walking distance. Great location in front beach road and 1/2 mile from highway leading to island. Interior was updated and very nice for beach front. Deck was great for early mornings or late nights. Deck was always wet and made outdoor rugs nasty. I would book again.

Exceptional Stay
This place was exceptional on every level. The location was great, the condo was clean and contained everything we could’ve asked for. The beds were quite uncomfortable as they’re firm and we prefer a bit softer but you can’t please everyone! Kitchen was well stocked. The location is great access to the pool and the beach. We found some great places to eat, The Oyster house and gulf shores seafood was excellent! I did reach out to the manager with an issue and he was very prompt and attentive to the issue. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the manager! Definitely will be a place we add to the revisit list!

It was a short stay but overall enjoyable. The beach was close to the condo & after enjoying the Sun and sand a dip in the pool was refreshing. There were issue's with the internet losing service in the front living area. But we spent most of our time outdoors. I was surprised by the number of guests that had brought their pets because all the documentation I had received stated that pets were not allowed. If I had known I could have brought my dog my stay would have been more enjoyable.

Perfect Location
We absolutely loved our stay at Randy's property! This was thee cleanest vacation property we've ever stayed in, the floors in my house aren't even this clean! The location was perfect and walking distance to The Hangout, shopping, liquor and grocery stores and more! The pool is a great size and the walk to the beach is so easy. My only suggestion - the queen needs replaced after this season. We hope to be back!

Check in information was simple. Manager was in contact day of arrival in case of issues. There were none. The condo is updated and perfect for a small group or family. The location is walking distance to plenty of restaurants and other local favorites. The condo was spotless when we arrived. Definitely will be renting here again!

Perfect spot for adult vacation. Listened to music from The Hangout every night on the patio. Can see and walk to Pink Pony, Hangout, Souvenir Shops and various restaurants. Condo very clean and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at this property. It was a very quiet time of year, and a bit cool. No worries, we had a great stay in the area. The beach, Forts, Foley museums, and the National Seashore were great. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Everything about our stay was spectacular, we didn’t want to leave! Everything was very clean, they had a great stock of starter necessities that you don’t find in many other places, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Information provided was so helpful. All beds including the sleeper sofa were comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of room. Easiest walk to the beach and pool we’ve ever had. The view from the balcony is just as good as the ocean front views. The unit was up to date. I personally don’t think the pictures even do this unit enough justice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Lovely gem
We found this condo clean and well appointed. We wanted nothing more. There was adequate supplies. The kitchen was well stocked. The smart television in the living room was excellent. This condo was within walking distances to eateries and the Shrimp Festival. The walk to the beach was short. I loved everything about this condo and will definitely book it again. The owner was very enthusiastic about his condo and was quick to respond to questions. I visit Gulf Shores and Orange beach a couple of times a year and will definitely book this condo again.
