Great Place
The view was breathtaking and peaceful. The home was beyond our imagination with a large balcony. The pool overlooking the pool was perfect during the sunset. Vacasa was very helpful and communicated with all details. Totally enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again.

Peaceful and relaxing!
We loved the location of Compass Point. Easy beach access and bonus lagoon view. 304 is nicely decorated with modern appliances. Very clean with minor carpet stains. You must know that the shower plumbing is backwards. Hot is cold and cold is hot. The sinks are correct. Will stay here again.

Great value and great views!
Water view on two sides was absolutely wonderful! Condo was clean and in good condition. Walking distance to the beach. Parking was easy. Very peaceful! Only negative is the bathroom is really small, but that won’t stop us from booking again! We look forward to our next stay! We already recommended this unit to our friends!

Great Condo - Shame about VACASA (Owner - we suggest you get another company to manage this)
The views over the water. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed and were expecting. The building itself was well maintained and the pool looked lovely (sadly the weather did not cooperate so we weren't able to use it).

Awesome location
We loved this property mostly for the location and convenience! Outdoor pool overlooks the bay and that was a fun surprise and there is a small "beach" to the side where kids were finding hermit crabs and fish. Very family friendly. This property is a corner room so beautiful views all around on the balcony! Short walk to public beach was great. You do have to walk across a couple streets to get there, so might be harder for some but it was doable for our family with a wagon! It was exactly what we needed and wanted for our family. Definitely planning to try to book this property again! :)

Great place
Came down for a last minute day trip and decided try and stay overnight. Found this place online with help from a Vacasa representative. Loved the place. Very clean and looked awesome. We caught some fish on the dock, swam in the pool, and watched an awesome sunset from the swimming pool. Will definitely be back again.
