Come enjoy this beauty of a home! With recent renovations "Liberty" is an upscale and beautifully furnished duplex home located in the Southpointe community on the white sugar sands in Fort Morgan, AL. With 3300 square feet and an additional 800 square feet of balconies and decks.

Liberty is perfect for any getaway! Being ideally situated in a low-density beach community, this gulf-front property can provide the perfect setting for a beach wedding or other gatherings.

The 10 foot ceilings with floor to ceiling glass windows show off the panoramic views of the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The tasteful decorations are warm and inviting, and the wonderful kitchen has an island, lots of granite, custom cabinetry, and all the appliances and cookware you need for meal preparation. The living area has a wet bar with an ice maker and two sofas with plenty of seating for everyone to catch a movie on the large flat screen HDTV.

There are 5 bedrooms each with its own private bath and flat screen TVs in every room. An additional bath with shower is located next to the media room, with a convenient half bath on the main level. There are 4 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds (built-in bunk), 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper (media room), 2 Queen beds in sleeping alcove with personal TVs and 2 sleep chairs. Refrigerator and Keurig Coffee Maker on each floor. All bedrooms have personal balconies and black out curtains to allow you to sleep late on your lazy vacation.

Amenities include an outdoor pool, covered BBQ area(renter responsible for supplying charcoal), elevator TO MAIN LEVEL ONLY, outdoor shower, and direct beachfront access. There are even two wonderful gazebos for relaxing and catching up on the latest novel. The media room has an arcade Pac Man machine. No matter what your cup of tea is, from swimming to shopping, dining and more, Fort Morgan has it all!. A beautiful 18-mile drive from all the traffic and crowds of Orange Beach/Gulf Shores to an ideal relaxing location for a family vacation.

No monthly rentals. Must be 7-night stay, Saturday to Saturday; through the summer months. No smoking allowed on property (inside nor outside). Dog friendly, 30 pound max, one pet only with fee.
You must be 25 years of age to rent. Strictly enforced.

Perfect Stay
We loved the location (away from the crowds). The home was perfect! Every detail was thought of. This was such a comfortable, beautiful home in every way. The porch views were perfect. Next time we travel to the beach, this will be where we stay.

This property is amazing and set up to work for a variety of people. The pool is great and all the bathrooms are a bonus. The elevator to the kitchen and main level works great. The only negative thing i can even think of was the 4th floor mattress is not good for 2 people..its very sloped. We had an amazing week... thanks

Family Vacation
We truly enjoyed our week in this house. We had ages from 6 months to 80 and everyone absolutely loved the house and the layout. We enjoyed numerous meals cooking in the kitchen and coming togerher as a family while at the same time everypne had plenty of room to spread out and have their own space. Would definitely stay here again. The ease of accessing the pool and beach was and added plus being so close to the house!

We enjoyed the property but were disappointed in the listing description. The description says it has an elevator which is true, but the elevator only goes to floors 1 and 3 --not 2 and 4.

Very nice home in quiet Fort Morgan
The home was very nice and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great. The kitchen was well stocked, and the communication with the management team was quick. The one thing to note is that the elevator does not stop on all floors. The area is very quiet. It's about 15 minutes to Gulf Shores, so if you want a nice, secluded place, this is a good option.

Great Thanksgiving at the Beach
This was a great home for an 11-person family gathering! We were all able to eat at the dining room table together, and there was plenty of space for several of us to work together in the well-appointed kitchen. The large living room, 5 bedrooms, and 5.5 bathrooms provided plenty of space for everyone to sleep and stay comfortably as well. The best, though, was the lovely view and easy access to the beautiful beach! Highly recommend this lovely and comfortable property!

Very Clean House
Liberty is a beautiful, fresh, updated beach front home. Easy walk to the beach - distance is not far. Able to put up our own canopy and enjoy plenty of beach. View is spectacular. Kitchen was perfect as we ate in every night - well appointed, living area comfortable as well as dining. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms - all very private. Lots of parking. Check in process very easy. Property managers respond quickly with and needs, questions. Beautiful well maintained pool area however we did not use. The BBQ pit could use an update however they were usable. The hot water heater worked well however showers had to be staggered for all 6 adults to have adequate warm water. Elevator was nice size and worked well however it only servcies ground and one floor not the entire building as stated. We had a great family week there.

This place was amazing! We had 10 guests (4 couples and 2 singles) stay and each had their own room and bathroom. Location was right on the beach with pool access as well. Beautiful landscaping with palm trees , bushes, and grass. Stocked with plenty of linens for everyone, rainy day games, a room full of beach toys/equipment, grill, and more. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Would 100% recommend this place and if we ever make it back, will definitely book this place again!

Great location and amenities. Fully supplied kitchen and some provided beach chairs and toys. Enough space if you have a toddler or baby that needs to nap. Only con, and isn’t really one, is a full grocery store is about 20 miles away, so get your supplies. There’s a smaller market for essentials closer.

We had a great time at this property. Everything was really clean and neat! The beach is amazing! The view is amazing! Would have been nice to have some beach toys and chairs available for use. Also would have been nice if they had a nicer grill. Overall, though a great property and great stay!

Mother’s Day family trip
Three floors long halls and a elevator! I got a good leg workout, we had a house full and still more than enough room. The view is amazing and this house gives u the opportunity to listen to the waves from every room. I would recommend.

Secluded Beach House Has It All
This is a wonderful 3-story house for those looking to stay near Gulf Shores without being amongst the craziness of Spring Breakers. It worked out perfectly for our whole family — all 3 generations. It’s right on the beach with access to a large, shared pool. We lucked out and stayed when the neighboring properties weren’t occupied and had the whole pool to ourselves all well. The house is recently renovated and well-stocked with all your cooking needs plus board games, puzzles, and beach toys for the kids. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom and TV. The home features about the most reliable WiFi you’re going to get on the gulf coast and the DirecTV was a nice amenity. Only issue were that the elevator was out of service at the time of our stay and a sliding glass door leaked during heavy storms.

Under renovation
This was a much-anticipated post Christmas trip for extended family - my three sons and their families - 8 adults and 6 children. Location was perfect and the layout and interior were more than adequate. However, the exterior and adjoining unit were undergoing full renovation. Thus, workmen were on site throughout ( along with their power tools) and construction materials were all underneath the unit. In addition, the air conditioner on the lowest level was not working and this was reported within 2 hours of arrival. A repairman came within a few hours and said the unit needed to be replaced, and added that he had reported this on his previous visit. A message from management the following morning indicated the unit would be replaced that day. When no repairmen arrived, they were contacted again, to be told it would be the next morning. And again, no repairmen. After checking with management again, they were very apologetic and arranged for 3 fans to be delivered. End of contact. The family on that level ended up leaving a day early and to our knowledge the unit was Not replaced during our stay. Loved the location and facilities but unfortunately will be looking for different accommodations for our next trip.

Fantastic Property, even with constuction
We were told the week we were to check in that the property would have unfinished construction while we were there. The elevator was not working and a few of the porches were not usable but still the home exceeded our exceptions. It is as nice as it looks online. Beds were comfortable and showers hot. The kitchen was well equipped, even for a thanksgiving feast! The views were wonderful, especially the sunsets. Overall a wonderful stay!

We had four generations stay in this house during our vacation and it was perfect for us to all spread out and have our own space, but still big enough for us all to be together around the kitchen table. Views were beautiful and being right on the beach with a pool made our trip amazing!
