Family Vacation
Excellent place to stay. A family vacation with 16 people, enough room and having all the bathrooms was beneficial. Beach was absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend. We did have to purchase some kitchen hand towels and dish cloths. Also brought our own extra silverware as there would not have been enough.

House really was nice and you can’t beat the view and location. However, we never did get the two non-working toilets upstairs to work unless manually flushed with the tank lid off even tho it was reported on Monday and Wednesday of our start

The house was clean great location. The elevator was out and one person in our group was on crutches which made going in and out quite difficult. The internet went out on day 2 but we had a wedding so we were in and out for one of the days. We didn’t call it in immediately. The company did promptly come out but they were unable to fix it, I did receive a small credit for the inconvenience. Casa Del Mar is a wonderful home!
This home was so very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our crew of 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants! Everyone was comfortable and pleased with their space! The master bedroom and bath was great! The bed was so comfortable! It was such a great space! The house was well stocked and clean! I would highly recommend this home for any large family's needs! Thank you to Vacasa for an easy rental process and the home owners for providing such a beautiful home for our family to enjoy!!

Summer Beach Trip
Had an amazing time with family! Had stayed there 2 years ago and they made several upgrades! Beds were awesome and overall space for 11 of us was great! Love being right on the beach with having littles and on different schedules. Some can stay at the beach while others go in for naps! Ice maker was slow, so would be nice to have more ice available for a hot week! Needs more silverware and kitchen hand towels. Would be amazing to have king beds for the queen rooms too. Also would love to know the brand of the king mattress in the master bedroom??

Casa del Mar
Excellent location, near to downtown, pretty and well-kept inside, open layout, 7 bedrooms, tons of baths. We felt so pampered with the large jetted master bathtub with a huge window overlooking the ocean. Really liked the private deck off the master bedroom. There is a very helpful ice maker appliance that was so helpful. Be sure to pack extras for the kitchen if you plan on cooking, such as spices, food storage containers, plasticwrap, large edged cookie sheet, crock pot, extra dish towels etc. Also bring anything for a beach day, chairs, blanket, towels, etc. We were very pleased with the house.

The location of this property is perfect. The number of en suite bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked and big. There is a laundry room upstairs and downstairs. The patios and furniture is nice. The property does need some upgrades. The living room furniture is really worn and feels dirty (has a smell). The carpet has a lingering cigarette smoke smell. Our clothes smelled of smoke when we got back home, we had to rewash everything.

House was beautiful beds were comfortable kitchen was very nice there was a quite a few things broken door knobs bathtubs leaked there was Construction right next door every day of our stay that I feel like should have been warned beforehand construction workers were very nice try to keep it quiet but obviously noises have to be made when using heavy equipment feel like there should have been a warning about construction right next door

Everything was fine
Had a great week. 11 people, 5 couples and a +1. Great location on the beach and close to center of town. Yes, there are some items that need updating and fixed but none of them hampers a good week. Washers and dryers all worked. Few light bulbs out, some touch ups needed and furniture updated but they did not hinder anyone at all. There is construction next door but that should likely be finished soon enough. More than 11 people may be a little tight, just fyi. Decks and were great. TVs were a bit small, but TV viewing was last on our list at the beach. Was able to park 5 vehicles easily.

Spectacular View. Sleeps a Crowd. Feeds a Few.
You can't beat the view. The sweeping windows and well-furnished in the main living area create a showstopper every morning, noon and night of your stay. The house was clean and we couldn't have been better informed by the Vacasa team leading into and through our stay. The only area that could be improved is the kitchen. Appliances are fine - it's the dishes and such. There are very few bowls, no frying pans, few coffee cups and no wine glasses. And while for some that's no big deal - we had a house of 14 so we gathered daily for breakfast and dinner around the (wonderful) table but quite often were sipping soup or eating fruit out of glasses. That's the only "ding." Other than that, it checked all the boxes which is why I still gave it 5 stars. I'd stay again! I would just pack my frying pan and dishware for the drive ;)

Beautiful views & a spacious home!
The house was great overall, but we had an issue with a group of bats on the exterior of the home flying & climbing the walls in broad daylight on our last full day. The local property management was notified multiple times that day, with no communication provided to us & we were left to stress about it & keep our children away from them each time we left or came back from the beach & the porches were unsafe to use. We had seen a few dead bats on the property earlier in the week, but assumed they landed there from last weekends Tropical storm. It was a great beachouse, but someone needs to address this bat issue!

Property was convenient, clean and spacious. Kitchen was I’ll equipped with broken coffee cup, limited cooking pans and mismatched and inadequate utensils. We had to buy frying and baking trays. Toilet paper holder in one bathroom broken off wall. Towel rack in another bath on floor, front shade half broken, exterior stair rail very loose (seems very dangerous). Broken hardware just laying on entertainment center in master bed room. Two tub enclosures in bedroom profusely leaking requiring constant towels. Tried to call Vacasa but answering system would never answer or allow for a message. Would constantly loop back to main menu. Left text early in week . Received answer right before leaving that they would schedule a repairman. Very dissatisfied.

Family Reunion 2024
What a great place for our family of 6 siblings plus spouses. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom which was a real perk. The living area and kitchen was enough room for us to all be together. The location to the beach was perfect!
