The perfect beach getaway! If you are looking for comfort and relaxation, look no further. The Seawind condo was built in 2006, and it is located half a mile east of Hwy 59. It is conveniently located across from the Waffle House, and walking distance to Hooters, The Hang Out, The Pancake House, Sea N Suds, and several souvenir shops.

The complex has a heated indoor/outdoor pool with a hot tub, zero entry kiddie pool with fountains, and the pool area is surrounded with lounge chairs. Seawind boast a large state of art fitness center with a beach view, and a sauna. The complex provides high speed WiFi, cable TV, on site management, and security.

All the furniture and decor is new. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The living room has a new large comfortable sofa sleeper (queen), and a 37 inch flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Sealy posturepedic ultra plush pillow top mattress, a 32 inch flat screen TV , and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a King size bed with a new Sealy Posturepedic pillow top mattress, a 32 inch flat screen TV, and tastefully decorated. The third room is perfect for kids or adults, it is furnished with queen bed and a 24 inch flat screen TV. The balcony is accessible from the master bedroom and the living room. It has two chaise lounge chairs and a high top table and chairs so you can dine out on the balcony if you choose. We accept all major credit cards through paypal.

Awesome vacation

The location was very good but the cleanliness of the condo was not very good. Floors were dirty and my wife mopped them. Needed a deep cleaning around baseboards throughout the condo and the patio outside of sliding door to beach needed a deep clean. Only 2 elevators for whole complex.

Our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back! Our host, Lisa contacted me the day I was supposed to arrive to ensure we arrived okay as there were bad storms along the Florida coast. She also was very quick to notify us of maintenance being done on the elevators which was much appreciated! All in all, the unit was beautiful and we had an amazing time!

Great condo in Gulf Shores
This condo was so nice and very spacious. Great location, close to all the tourist attractions in Gulf Shores. Amazing view from the balcony. If you plan to be on the beach, the chairs and an umbrella are expensive to rent for one day, so it’s cheaper to just buy some from Walmart or bring your own. My kids liked the kiddie pool/splash pad. The main pool isn’t very big and goes indoors and out. My only complaint about the complex is that there’s only 2 elevators for the whole place, so it could take awhile. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we plan to come back!

Beach access and gulf view is lovely. Unit is nice, as advertised. Owner accommodated our request to leave luggage in the unit early, which we appreciated. Elevators aren’t adequate and the pool is much too small for the property. Our grandson loved the splash pad, though.

Love Gulf Shores
We love visiting Gulf Shores. This is the first time we have stayed at the SeaWind vacation condos. The owners were very communicative & responsive, they were great! The establishment is dated, shows signs of aging & is heavily worn. The balcony is a good size with unobstructed views of the Gulf. There needs to be some updates & deep cleaning on the inside of the condo. We had to bring a few concerns to the owners in which they responded almost immediately. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Great property in an excellent location.
Our stay was awesome. The condo had most everything we needed. It is also clean and comfortable. I wish there had been a couple of beach chairs. I loved being able to walk to the Hangout, shopping, and other restaurants. Also, the splash pad was a hit with the babies and toddlers. We had 3 condos for our vacation with family members ages ranging from 5 months to 76 years old. There is something for everyone to do right near Sea Wind. One suggestion for the splash pad would be for the management to post age restrictions or parental guidelines. Sometimes slightly older children would rough house in the splash pad and we would leave because the 5 month old and 18 mont olds we were being splashed or nearly knocked over. At any rate, we had a great time!

Sea wind as a whole
The condition of the sea wind in general was mildly disappointing. The entire thing needs a renovation. My room was ok. Not cleaned really properly.. walls cabinets, floors and ceiling fans are filthy. Old stained pillows and comforters stack in the master closet. No hangers for clothing. And cookware appeared to be left over from a garage sale. When the bed broke, Lisa was apologizing profusely and was very nice and got it fixed. But really need a deep clean and have some money put back into the property.

Excellent location
Communication was great. We didn't have to reach out for anything to be honest but we received all we needed via email without any issues or requests. This property is about a few large blocks from the Hang Out, Pink Pony and souvenir stores. It could be too long for those with mobility issues but most could do it easily. The parking spots are tight but there were plenty (however in the summer, probably not). During mor ingd and evenings, elevators can be a little slow but that is expected. Nice walk way to the beach. Kiddie pool and seperate indoor/outdoor pool. There are bathrooms in by the pool if you do not want to go all the way to your room. The room was clean and a nice size. There were 4 of us and we were comfortable. We had two bathrooms. The master was a king with a huge closet. We didn't cook in so not sure about kitchen utensils. We were on the 7th floor. Nice balcony and our furniture was very nice. We sat outside everyday in the morning and evenings. Next to Sea N Suds as well, great for lunch/dinner or a drink! Would definitely stay here again!

Our particular condo needed a deep cleaning.
You could tell they only hit the high spots. Baseboards and louvered doors in kitchen area were dirty. I was glad I took my own clorox wipes to wipe down the primary bathroom toilet bowl. The granite in the kitchen felt grimy. Several small things throughout our condo: Ceiling fan blades were very dirty. Blinds were broken in the small bedroom that had the bunkbeds, and the carpet needed replacing in that room as well. The cover on the ceiling light in the laundry room was broken. The drawer on the stove was messed up, and wouldn't shut correctly. You could see light coming under the main entrance door, the rubber sweep needs replacing. Faucet in the primary bedroom was very loose, and you had to use manual rubber plugs for the sinks and tubs. All the light switches looked like they were not put on correctly, very loose, and dirty. Couldn't open the sliding doors in the primary bedroom, track was dirty as well. Chair in corner of living room was very dirty.
