Great Condo-but the complex not good for large groups
Condo itself was lovely. Had everything we needed. We were traveling for baseball tournament with 10 other families who all had rented their own condos. We wanted to gather together for a meal and we were rudely told we could not use a media room because it was only for owners, although one of the owners of a different condo had mentioned the media room to the family that was renting from them. We then gathered in an area above the pool, not AT the pool, and we were told we needed to leave. Bottom line is if you have a big group, this is not the place to stay. There are no condos big enough and they won’t allow renters to use a room that would have been perfect for gathering. That was disappointing but we still had a great trip and I think our room was the prettiest ☺️

Met our needs
Overall, we were happy with the stay. The kitchen was well stocked and it had what we needed. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets and pillows. The only issue is the pictures ARE NOT this condo. The 2nd bedroom is one queen size bed, so one of our kids needed to sleep on the couch pull out. The furniture on the patio is not as nice. We found these pictures match another condo listing in the building. We were disappointed, but contacted Vacasa and ultimately, we got a small refund. Overall, we had a good stay but want others to know it is not what is pictured until Vacasa updates them. Only other downside was the hot tub nearest the beach was broken the entire week of out stay. We were glad there were 2 hot tubs, but the other one filled up fast.

Beautiful 1002
This condo was amazing. Stunning views from the balcony with comfortable seating. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone, very clean , and gorgeously decorated. Pools were clean, not over chlorinated and had plenty of area for the kids to play. Beach was great for crabbing, fishing, riding the boogie board on the waves and swimming. We will be back to Crystal Towers and will try for this specific room again.
