The beautiful, sugar-white sand beaches of Gulf Shores are only about 120 steps. The pool is accessible down one flight of stairs. The blue bedroom has a dresser with a large mirror, a ceiling fan, a closet, and a TV/DVD and cable. The full bath includes a tub/shower combo is between the two bedrooms. The yellow bedroom has a dresser with a large mirror, a ceiling fan, a closet, and TV/DVD and cable. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all enjoy an open floor plan. The sofa in the living room is a queen sleeper sofa with a matching chair. There is a pull-out sofa bed for extra guests. There is a 32-inch TV/DVD player in the living room and 19-inch TVs with DVD players in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the group chef needs to prepare wonderful meals.

We had a great stay. The only thing we were not happy with was the size of the bathroom. I wished it was a little bigger but it worked. Next time I will definitely be choosing a room with a private balcony.

Kids spring break getaway
This property would be really good for a small family quick getaway. Don’t let the pictures keep you from booking the furniture is actually different and a lot better updated than what’s showing on the site. It’s really quiet and peaceful. Loved that it was only a few steps from the beach. We had a small issue with the codes to the door, but the owner answered quickly and helped resolve the problem quickly. I would book again!

Perfect spot for a little getaway.
The room was clean and kitchen had everything you need. If you like to enjoy the beach this will be great but if you like to enjoy the pool too, it is very small. You can walk to the end of walkway and sit to enjoy the ocean view. It was not busy when we went so we were able to enjoy it all. There is a store and a restaurant right across the street. Beds were clean which is a huge plus! Sofa bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom and bedrooms are small but it was ok for us. Unit has a washer and dryer. One bed was soft and was was extra firm. Our room was 118 and it did have a very narrow parking spot underneath the room. We had to pull out to load everyone up but that wasn't a huge deal to us. We enjoyed our weekend getaway.

The condo was ok for a Friday to Tuesday Memorial Day weekend stay. The photo on the ad was probably made a few years back. The tub, sofa and floors need to be deep cleaned. The location was great. The condo could also supply blankets for the sofa bed. And an oven mitt in the kitchen. Just a few recommendations. Overall for a lower cost condo it was average. If it was cleaned and updated maybe more artwork then I would recommend this location. The restaurant/ store across the road was convenient.

Unfortunate
The location was good with a short walk to the beach. The home was marginal at best. Let me give some examples of the disappointments - there was a coffee maker but no coffee filters; no spices (not even salt or pepper) for cooking; no oil or spray oils for cooking (which probably explains the condition of the pans); there were ants all over the kitchen counters for which the property managers came over to spray and set traps; there was a tiny bathroom with no hair dryer; there were bath towles but no beach towles or any other beach supplies - blanket, chairs, etc.; the pots and pans were old, bent (lids did not fit), and very worn; the furniture was stained and dirty; and there were no extra linens or even blankets for the beds (only sheets). If you are looking for a nice place to hang out, cook your own meals, and experience some comforts away from home, I would suggest you adjust your expectations. After staying at a different short-term rental the previous few days, comparatively, this rental was deeply disappointing. My best description would be - old, outdated motel 6 - it really needs a lot of work.

This was a great place right on the beach! The condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Plenty of towels and loved the washer and dryer! Easy check in process and a nice little convenience store right across the street. Best beach spot for the price! I was very happy with this property

Don’t waste your money!!!
The AC worked great. Only thing we loved about it. The washer started pouring water out when we tried to wash clothes. They gave us more towels until they could get it fixed after our stay was over. The shower head is about to fall off the wall, one of the outlets on the bar is about to come out the wall when you try to unplug something, and what condo doesn’t provide a broom so you could sweep up all the sand, this one!!!!!!! I will never stay here again. I spent over 1,300.00 to stay here and I wished I would have booked some where else!!!!

Lovely Condo right on the beach!
We had a great stay at Sunrise Village 118! The condo was clean and plenty of space for our family of 3, plus a set of grandparents! We were right on the beach and had a spectacular view of all the 4th of July fireworks! The little Independence Day-themed goodie bags left by the owner was such a sweet little touch. We loved booking through Vacasa and really enjoy their app and online platform. We will definitely be using Vacasa again and will hopefully be back at Sunrise Village!
