Royal Palms 705 is located at 561 East Beach Boulevard in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama.

This colorful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is ready for your next family vacation! The master suite features a King bed, the guest room has a Queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room making this unit comfortable to sleep up to 6 people. 2 TVs, a DVD player and WiFi are all available for your entertainment. You can easily prepare meals in house with the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Make sure to spend some time soaking up the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico!

Royal Palms is a beautiful property with lots of excellent amenities. With it’s gulf front location, you will have easy access to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores every day! There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna. This property is located near the 1540 ft. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier and very close proximity to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that the island has to offer. Please note there is a new BBQ grilling area. The build has 2 elevators for was of access throughout the building.

The condo was very clean and in a good location
Our stay was wonderful despite the tropical storm that came. I would let other renters know that they cannot put any shoes or beach chairs outside the door.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Royal Palms unit 705 early October 2024. The unit was very clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed. We called for service on the dishwasher because someone had pulled it out from the cabinet and it wasn’t anchored down anymore. Technician came within a few hours to reattach it. We had no other issues and everything worked great. I liked being next to the public beach because the beach didn’t seem as crowded. When you are near other high rises the beach is more crowded. My husband liked being close to the trail for walking.We plan to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed. Such a short boardwalk to the beach and both an indoor and outdoor pool. We used the grill one night for dinner and the condo had everything we needed. Would stay in this unit again for our next trip to Gulf Shores.

Great Mom’s Getaway!
Despite the looming threat of tropical storms, the beach being closed to dangerous rip currents our stay at Royal Palms was just the relaxing break we craved. The condo was so inviting, provided everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. The balcony became our favorite place for our 4-day stay, as the property is perfectly situated next to the state park, which was quiet and somewhat secluded. Will definitely come back!

Great location
This condo was in the perfect spot for our stay. Right before the state park so the beach was not super crowded like all the huge condos that line E Beach Blvd. Super short walk to the beach. The size of the condo itself was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 1 infant. Furniture on the patio was also very nice. With that said, some aspects need to be updated. The biggest concern was that majority of the outlets did not charge our cell phones throughout the day. Lamps worked when plugged in those outlets. But not chargers. Next up was the door. It was a bit tricky to get the hang of and would get stuck a lot.

The twin beds in the second bedroom were perfect for our young kids. The beach spot in front of Royal Palms can’t be beat! Plenty of room to spread out towards the Pier. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, too. Kitchen is well stocked, but I couldn’t find oven mitts or measuring cups. We would definitely stay at Royal Palms again and in this particular unit! And we will definitely go through Bender again; their customer service was superb.

I had the unhappy experience of breaking the shower knob in the master bath with resulting cascade of water where it pulled out of wall. Bender responded heroically sending Lawrence and then a plumber to fix the problem. Bender was equally responsive when sink faucet in second bathroom was malfunctioning. Got to see Lawrence again and a plumber who replaced the faucet. After that, no problems. Everyone was gracious and extremely helpful. A+.

One of the eyes on the stove doesn’t work and one is uneven/unbalanced. We tried to make a grilled cheese sandwich and it was difficult. Stove also gives off odor. The condo is so cute. It is nicely decorated. The balcony is spacious with beautiful views and has nice furniture. The condo is small but big enough for a family of 4 or 5. The location is great. Some things need attention as mentioned above. If it had a better bed and stove, it would be an awesome place to stay.

The next morning we wake up and her face is swollen and covered in red blotches. I mean totally covered. I don’t know what it was but this has never happened before. We have stayed in a lot of condos on the beach but this set up was not the best. The ceiling had a crack in it from the kitchen all the way to the outside sliding glass door. Every one of the dishes was dirty, you could tell that it had been used and not washed. All the cup had stuff all over them. The plates and brown watery stuff on them. But I will not stay here again at all

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: location! This condo is right next to a state park so we found that the beach was far less crowded than other areas. The view from the balcony is awesome and the balcony itself is very large compared to other places we have stayed. The beach is a very short walk down a wooden boardwalk. Although the beach service seemed a little pricey, we did take advantage of it. We found the location to be good and easy to get to most places we wanted to visit. The condo seemed mostly clean and older. Some areas could use a refresh. The tv had access to Disney plus and other platforms but you needed your own log in (which we used so it wasn’t a problem). We did not have trouble with the elevators being full and taking awhile as other reviews mentioned. Both the indoor and outdoor pool were available, but we preferred the outdoor. It was average size and never seemed to get too crowded. The rooms and condo itself were a good size for a family. Cons: This condo lacked majorly in the kitchen area. As a family with small kids, we eat the majority of our meals in the condo. The pots/pans were very hard to reach. Some of the silverware was messed up/sharp edges as if it had been messed up in a garbage disposal. There was no sponge left for cleaning of dishes, only a rag, which hardly cleaned dishes. We ended up buying a sponge at Walmart. The stovetop was difficult to use and often would shut off mid-use. We would have appreciated some other options for dishes that were not glass so we were glad we brought some for our kids.

Great mini vacation!
We love staying in the last condo on the beach next to the state park. It’s so quiet and serene and great for relaxing. Will stay at this out again! Very clean and fully stocked (except salt and pepper…removed during Covid) so bring your own.
