The beach at the property was very nice maybe a 3-5 minute walk. The roomwas very comfortable great stay. Only complaint would be the construction going on but thats just part of maintaining a property.

Such a beautiful beach and perfect property. We have stayed in this unit before and it does not disappoint. The unit is very clean and comfortable. The location to the pools and on site restaurant is perfect. The communication with the property manager is so convenient and timely. We cannot wait to stay again!

Perfect spring break getaway
Condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was nice being so close to the beach. It was nice having The Sassy Bass restaurant on site.

Nice beach
4 Adults stayed in this home. It was clean and ok. The pools where nice and the beach was GREAT!! Only problem was it was 13 miles to any place to eat Vacation is not to cook so that was not good but we did find a Cafe close and are there for breakfast. Good food.

First Alabama trip
We were looking for a quick trip before school started. We narrowed our search to this property and was not disappointed. The place was actually cuter in person than on line( usually opposite). The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a few days. Loved the location and easy beach access. There were several perks included but we did not take advantage of them, just wanted to get in the salt water. We would definitely stay here again if looking to spend time in the same area!

Family summer vacation
First visit to Gulf Shores and definitely not our last. Plantation East was the perfect location for our family. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. My only complaint might be that the price to do laundry was a little steep but we dealt with it. Other than that, great vacation and we’re sad to see it end. :( Thanks, VRBO!

Great Time in a Super Clean and Nice Room
Jackie had great communication which is always my number 1 priority. She answered all questions very quickly and was so helpful. The room was just as described and super clean! It was a great option for the price. We could see the beach from our balcony and it was only steps away. The Plantation resort as a whole was super nice. It was closer to Fort Morgan, so it’s much quieter and away from all of the hubbub in Gulf Shores, but still close enough to drive into town easily. We ate at the Sassy Bass several times and that was great as well. Great service and great food! Don’t hesitate to stay here!

The condo was very nice and updated!
The condo and grounds were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of towels. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The only problem we had was the indoor pool wasn’t open until 5:00 every day because of work being done and that was a bummer with the cold and rainy weather. Also the hot tub wasn’t working everyday. Nothing the owner could have done about that. Would certainly recommend this place.

Needs some improvement
The condo was nicely decorated, but improvements need to be made. The beds were much to soft with absolutely no support. I woke each morning with back pain and both my granddaughter and I fell out of the bed on two different occasions. She's only five and hit the tile floor hard, which scared me. The mattresses are so soft you can't sit up in bed so you have to roll out. Not good. Also not good was the guest bed being in front of the bedroom door. You couldn't close it! The door from the kitchen into the guest bedroom suite could also not be closed as it caused a continuous shriek from the AC intake. Same situation with the master bedroom. We also had problems with keeping the condo cool enough. The building is old and access for the handicapped is limited and inconvenient. There was road construction going on next to our building, which was unsightly and inconvenient as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, beach was great and not crowded. The restaurant there was terrific - great food and friendly staff - and it was nice to just walk across the parking lot to eat out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location good. Property nice. Our condo was very clean and nicely decorated. A little disappointed in the upkeep of the pool area. Almost every day there was some sort of food or drink trash or abandoned pool toys left. Made the enjoyment of the pool area a little less desirable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and management was very professional and helpful. Always responding in a timely manor to any questions.
