Located only 4 miles from the blue waters of the GULF of Mexico, this cozy property features 2 soothing bedrooms, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the amenities like a fitness room, pool (pool and sauna closed 10/1-10/15/24) and pickle ball courts. Sit on one of the various benches located on the property and watch the ducks waddle around. Take a stroll down to the pond located within minutes from the condo and read your favorite book. The pool is located next to Club Cottages building with easy access! When you are finished with your fun in the sun, sit on the patio and enjoy an evening meal as you sip wine! Cozy, Comfortable and Quiet
Even with a couple of plumbing issues that could not be prevented our stay was great. Owners were great and always respond in a timely manner. The condo looks just like the pictures.
