"Cabana Breeze" is located away from the heavy hustle and bustle in a small community, on a Large Private Lot, and is ready to host your entire family for your Beach Vacation! This home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, screened in front porch, outdoor deck for grilling just off the kitchen, a covered, cozy and relaxing area on the ground floor with a picnic table, a private yard for the kids to enjoy, a small pond the kids can explore, and, of course, private community beach access with picnic tables within walking distance.

Cabana Breeze beach home features 4 bedrooms on the main level, the main living area, kitchen, and dining. The Remote, Primary Bedroom hosts a King Size Bed and a Private Full Bathroom with a separate Tub and Shower. Guest Bedroom #1 is just off the living area containing a Queen Size Bed and a Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 entails another Queen Size Bed with a Smart TV. The kids will love Guest Bedroom #3 holding a Twin Over Full Size Bunk Bed and a Smart TV. These three bedrooms are connected to the hall and share a Full-Size Bath with a Shower/Tub combo. It is OK, Bring the In-Laws! There is a Bonus Guest Suite on the Ground Level with a private entrance boasting a Queen Size Bed, Full Bathroom with a Shower, a private Living Area with a Smart TV, and an extra refrigerator!

Cabana Breeze comes with access to the *Beach Club Clubhouse Amenities such as: Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Outdoor Swimming Pool with a Hot Tub, access to the Spa, Arcade, Fitness Center, and Sand Island which is great for Family Volleyball Games, all for an additional daily rate. *Beach Club Rates: One day is $52 per group. Each additional day is less $2.

Your family will love to come year after year to create AMAZING memories!

- Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at many local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

- All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**CALL FOR WINTER MONTHLY RATES - All monthlies must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate**

Quiet, exclusive getaway

More than enough space for a large family. My family of 6 was comfortable and not crowding each others space. Super cute and quiet location with plenty of parking space for our cars. The host was super responsive and attentive to anything we needed during our stay. Check-in was a breeze and communication prior to our arrival was quick and easy. Less than a 5 minute drive to Dollar General which was a huge plus.

Great Stay!

Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, as soon as we notified the property manager they had the issues resolved quickly and effectively. It is a great place to host a family vacation! Would definitely recommend to others!

What a great home so close to the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying here. 5 min peaceful walk to the beach. The home is laid out perfectly laid out. It was fun seeing the blue angels fly over regularly.

Nice house

The house was nice. A few concerns include many large roaches, there were 10 of us staying and only about 6 towels so we had to wash and reuse frequently. There was no only 1 parking pass so we always had to take multiple trips back and forth to and from the beach. It was nice that there were multiple bedrooms so everyone had their own personal space.

Cabana Beach

House was nice, easy beach access. All beds except Master bed need to be upgraded. Air conditioner had to be worked in twice, seems like the unit is not big enough to cool effectively. Used Beach club access 1 day, cannot bring in food or drinks, food and drinks are very expensive. Piece of rebar sticking up in driveway popped a brand new tire that we had to replace, costly and had to drive an hour to get it, good thing we had an extra vehicle.

Such a great beach house!

Amazing beach house to meet your every need for your beach vacation. The private beach with one parking spot hang-tag was a dream come true and we did spend 1 day at the beach club at the resort a 3-minute drive and fee away. There is also a super friendly neighborhood cat that came to visit us! The house is about a 15-25 minutes drive away from many tourist locations you might want to check out at Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. I reget taking off one star due to finding one (deceased) insect upon our arrival in the laundry room, which didn’t bug me (pun intended) but did upset a family member. The people at the management company are awesome and you don’t want to miss out on this location!

We had one package of dishwasher soap reserve etc. with fees I paid $841 per night for 10 people, 2 of which were toddlers, I feel like the property should provide at least enough supplies for each night paid for !
