This house sleeps 14 guests in five bedrooms.

The primary suite has a king bed, a full-size futon, and balcony access with a view of the Gulf in the distance. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom has a king bed, while the third bedroom has a queen bed.

The fourth bedroom has two twin-over-queen bunk beds and a flat-screen TV, while the fifth bedroom has two twin beds.

The two guest bathrooms are each fitted with tub/shower combinations.

Beautiful Fort Morgan Beach House

Wouldn’t Recommend
This house was filthy ( so we cleaned it) and it has nasty rugs that have animal urine stains. The furniture was a few inches off the floor and not suitable for anyone that isn’t short! The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep on. Everybody including kids were hurting from the beds. The outdoor furniture is the bare minimum and in bad shape. This house needs someone to paint the scraped up walls, clean the nasty furniture and replace those awful beds. It needs several other things done to it and I wouldn’t recommend staying there until these things are taken care of.

We had a great family vacation at the bulldog house. It is a pet friendly home that is directly across from beach with an access walkway right cross from the house. It was great to have the whole family together and awesome location!!!!

Great home!
The house was very spacious and perfect for our families with kids of varying ages. There were several things in the home that weren’t listed that would have been helpful to know for packing purposes, such as a high chair, pack-n-play, and crockpot— super helpful to have but could have saved some space in the car since we didn’t need to bring these items after all. The fridge was a little small for how many people the house holds and the ice machine didn’t really work. Would also have been nice if there was some Tupperware and can opener that actually worked. Super close to the beach and the pools were a great option too. We had a great time!

Dirty and damaged
While the check-in process was quick and simple, upon arrival we noticed several things damaged including the frame of the lower bunk! Several of the linens and furniture were stained and while sand would be expected, the floors left the soles of our feet black! We planned to grill the first night, however, we found the LP tanks empty. There were 5, yes, FIVE EMPTY tanks. After multiple calls to the property manager, a full tank was delivered just shy of 24 hours later. The "spotty" internet was non-existent. We tried to make sure that things were clean and garbage was taken out but that was challenging as there was a theme of 2; only 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper, etc. For a house sleeping 12 that was not adequate. Upon departure we stripped the beds as directed and discovered how disgusting some of the pillows and mattresses were! Nasty stains.

Great Beach house, but everything needs some work
This house truly was wonderful and I would stay again but it’s as though the house gets cleaned for new guests but no one is really doing the upkeep to make sure things are as they should be for the house to remain in good condition. Upon arrival the house was very clean but our socks turned black from the floors needing a deep clean. The kitchen was big for big families and very clean but all the supplies was completely disorganized which made it difficult to do meal prep. Bedrooms were a great size and beds were comfortable but the bunk beds are extremely squeaky and kept the kids awake because every time they moved the beds made a loud squeak. One of the bottom bunks the frame was completely bent and one of the queen beds the mattress dipped way down in the middle. The photos with all the kid games looked so great and was a huge let down because there were about 4 random pieces and not a single game was actually filled with all the correct pieces. I think once someone goes in and does some small repairs and organizes the house it’ll be so much better.

It was not clean when we arrived....
We arrived at about 5pm, an hour after check-in, & the property had not been cleaned after the people staying before us. So we left the house around 7, before cleaning team even got there & were finally told at almost 9pm that we could come back. Side note.....we had 2 teenagers & 4 kids under the age of 12 who had to be entertained during all of this. They "reimbursed" our dinner while we waited on the home to be cleaned. They offered a reimbursement of up to $25 per person..... I'm still waiting for the reimbursement credit, 5 days after submitting the receipt. The house itself was nice. It's only 2 houses down from the beach access boardwalk, so we were all able to go back & forth very easily. My husband & I stayed in the downstairs bedroom & unfortunately you hear EVERY footstep upstairs. The upstairs room with the bunks were perfect for the 4 under 11 yrs old. I believe theirs was the only bedroom with a TV, which was fine for the rest of us. One thing we wished for, was hooks for swimsuits & towels. There could easily be command hooks etc on the backs of doors, more wall towel bars, etc. There was nearly no place to hang wet swimsuits. Also, the downstairs shower bar falls down if you look at it wrong. Not a super big deal, but it's a small shower/tub & I alone knocked it down 3 or 4 times per shower simply washing my hair. We definitely could not hang suits on it. There could've been more towels. We had 10 people & washed towels once or twice a day. Since there was nowhere to hang towels, they typically didn't get reused. And there were not enough wash cloths for all 10 of us???? The location & overall opinion of the house was good. We've stayed in this same neighborhood before with a different rental company. I liked the location of this one better, but our experience with the other company was better. Fortunately for this trip, the ability for all of the kids to just walk back to the house when they needed a break outweighed the other home issues (aside from the lack of initial cleaning in the midst of a pandemic).

Bull Dog Beach House/Beach Ball House
This was a last minute choice of what was available and as such it was adequate. We were looking for a house on the beach that would sleep 14 at a price we could afford and would allow us to cancel 30 days before arrival if needed. Technically the house does have sleep space for 14 but realistically 7 or eight of those 14 would need to be children to be feasible. In our case only 8 of our possible family actually came so the house was acceptable. The house isn't on the waterfront but close enough that we could see it. Location was good. The pre arrival information we were provided was out of date. The code provided for the front door was incorrect which resulted in having to initially use an emergency set of keys to open the front door before a second phone call resulted in finally receiving the correct 4 digit code instead of the 12 digit code we were initially given. The wifi information we were given prior to arrival was also incorrect. Although all the website information refers to this house refers to it as the Bulldog Beach House the actual signage at the house still refers to the house as the Beach Ball House...obviously as the result of a change in ownership? But just an example of the need to update all the information provided. On arrival we were confused if we were at the correct place...the picture and address were correct which is how we identified the house. The living room has a DVD player but it did not work. Telephone communication with Vacasa staff worked much better than text or emails. Very few of my text or emails were responded to...but telephone communication was better. My wife has a few comments... Woman's point of view of the Bull Dog Beach house... Kitchen_ bring your own mixing bowls there were none.. Manual can opener did not work properly.. would not open cans all the way. Bring your own behind the door hangers for extra towels to hang. Bedroom- 1st floor bedroom is very small. The queen size bed has a plastic cover on it. There is no place to put your clothes... no dresser. The small closet is filled with extra chairs, high chair, vacuum cleaner and lots of other housekeeping stuff. Living room- furniture was very low an not comfortable. Needed a good cleaning! Rugs throughout the house were dirty (lots of sand) so I washed all of them. Upstairs- Bunk beds will sleep 6 (if kids). The beds are so noisy when you move that adults could not sleep. Kids would not mind ... Porch- The Bull Dog beach house definitely needs more out door furniture. 2nd floor has only 2 porch chairs. 1st floor porch has 2 chairs and 2 very uncomfortable wooden lounge chairs. Families like to sit outside on the porch... hard to do with limited seating. The gas grill was not usable. Filthy dirty. Bring your own small grill. Several light bulbs were burned out! Stairs leading to the carport and 3 of the carport lights. Plus several in house lights were also burned out.

Great place for the family!
This home had plenty of space, the furnishings were comfortable, the house was kid and dog approved. The walkway to the beach was just a couple of houses down and the pool is really nice. 10/10 would stay here again!

Short walk to the beach
Great beach house! It has beautiful views and the boardwalk to the beach was across the street from the house, so it was a very short walk. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking dinner with high quality pots and pans. However, if you like to bake, be prepared to bring your own solid and liquid measuring cups/spoons (they had a couple but not a full set and no liquid measuring cups….renters probably have destroyed them over the years). They have several games available for the rain showers. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Our fur babies loved it, too. ❤️

Bulldog Beach House
Loved the location, lack of crowds at the beach. Near Gulf Shores but secluded and quiet. Stores and restaurants close by too! The best part is the proximity and ease of access to the beach, less than five minutes and an easy walk of about 200 yards! It’s just a great property. We loved our stay here!

Property is as described online. Easy getting to beach with baby and children in tow. A few house keeping issues upon arrival but all were taken care of very promptly. Very courteous staff. Would recommend different furniture for living room - not fabric - fabric was dirty from previous folks. Also needs more sofa seating - possibly two sectionals since there were 14 of us.

Amazing, beautiful house
Beautiful house, looks almost brand new. Beautifully decorated. A very short walk from the beach, and you can see the gulf from the house. I thought the house only had four bedrooms, but it actually has 5! Containing 3 kings, 2 bunks (single on top, queen on bottom), and 2 twins. The gulf beach is beautifully stunning. You do see oil wells scattered out in the gulf, which is pretty much the only thing that keeps this from being the prettiest beach ever. The house was well-equipped and extremely clean. The twin I slept on was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The property was great and the location to the beach was very convenient. The only thing I would change is the process for connecting to the internet and the stability of the internet. Several of us tried to work during the week and it was very difficult as the internet would be connected one second and unavailable the next. If there were a personal router/password as opposed to signing in through a website, that would be a lot more convenient and probably more reliable.
